Thats really sad and thanks for the update JHFH ... I had hoped it was real as well but I guess after all the bad news we all deserve some positive news. We are all craving for a recovery in the share price !!!!

2 times the shares bought today compared to sold but down ... is this because of the churn behind the scene?

HT ... I spoke at length to Haywain today and it gave me some real insight into the science, the amazing achievements that hemo has done and potentially what they are sitting on in terms of a goldmine. Of course it has risk but nothing that doesnt potentially give big rewards wont have risk.

No one knows why big pharma hasnt invested yet but generally they don't this early until they see results. Then they happy to put in billions. The other thing is and this is likely based on past history, Vlad knows the power of his CART product. He has tested on mice and he knows it worked and it is likely to work on humans. If it does, we are off to the races but he will not sell below value and even a pharma had spoken to him, I am sure they would have offered little and asked for lots (Purely for the credibility of the name). Remember he doesnt care for shareholders so is not trying to pump the share price so he will always look for the best deal for the company.

I am frustrated at being back at a price of 2 years ago. Nevertheless we all know the risk in hemo. We also know vlad and what he can do ... We also know if in months this is successful at human trials, big pharma will come. At this stage, we need ignore the noise on LSE and just let vlad focus on the science. Once the trials start, I am sure many many buyers will come looking to become millionaires in 3 - 6 months !!!!

I suspect they will go into trials latest April and results within 3 months (prelim) so well within the period of the raise ($4m). I suspect they may use some of that money to advance CBR as well which could bode well for us

More buys than sells finally ... things could turn very blue today very quickly once 2p is broken.

He keeps communication transparent and open to shareholders. He needs to rebuild trust with existing LTHs and find new ones that won't rinse and repeat everytime there is news. All we can do is hope since he is now clinical, has money and needs to deliver he will treat shareholders with a little dignity.

The market needs to know when trials will start, where is prevail and what is happening with CBR and CDX. A new website and a brokers note and regular monthly clearly outlined updates would be awesome ... and not we "expect" to go into trials by end of 2023 etc

Let's hope the pain of the last 2 years can be washed away and we see a new Hemo arise and deliver in 2024!!!

Please watch this video. It clearly outlines the upside with this stock at this price. The mcap is too low. The company is fully funded for trials. It is IND approved and its in a market that once it shows safety, we could get pharma buying at big valuations

We should have been higher but were manipulated. You cannot manipulate the science. If vlad injects in the next few weeks / months and we get initial results which are good, the video states 10 fold is not unlikely even before phase 2 if needed. For me, this is the buying price again and will be churned over the next few days but once it settles, anyone who gets in below 2p will be at the bottom of the rise. Best to ignore some derampers and shorters on lse but believe in the science and hopefully the market will eventually catch up. We just don't know how or when

The shorters got what they wanted ... the shares will be flushed and I agree many will pile in over the coming weeks ready for trial update. We are all angry but we should make decisions based on calm focused mind and if you do, after the watching the video it shows how great the upside is here.

Because vlad is a stubborn bloke who wants the best price and no flexibility. He thinks he is elon musk and can negotiate with the big boys. This company has the science but not the business accumen to close deals ... it needs to get realistic and i am sure it could get $10 - $100m from a pharma but may need to give up more than it wants.... money in the bank and big pharma is more important than a crap legacy

Bad day today but we have the money, they will go to trials, they still have CBR and this is too undervalued for an FDA approved CART company. Vlad is a %%%% but he is the CEO and we can't change that for now

I guess we either sell out, buy more and average down and wait for the rise again as he hopefully gets hemo marketing working. Just gotta believe in the science !!!

- Where is prevail and is the partnerships still alive

- Why didnt any big pharma invest at cart approval

- Why raise at such a low price unless something else is linked to the investment

- Is this the bottom again

- Will the trust ever return while vlad is ceo

Can you maybe give your insight into why after CART was approved no pharma is licencing this? Can you maybe give some insight into what could have happened here in terms of if the science is so good, why they had to do a private placing and not a real long term partnership with prevail

You are too naive to invest in high risk stocks like this. I knew the risks but I am still ok with the science. If Haywain leaves, I leave and sell but this is purely down to Vlad being an absolute disgraceful CEO. He needs to go and this share goes to 10p !!!!

There is ONLY 1 way to look at this from my perspective and after a night of thinking, I am not selling any ... WHY?

- The company is now funded for trials

- We don't know who bought these shares but we can hope it was a pharma or prevail or someone with influence

- We still have CBR and who knows

- Shorters still have to close

I am absolutely disgusted by the inside trading of stu and his mates but it has been allowed to happen. I guess in future we just listen to him and trade this stock like others have been. This is not a trustworthy company but we do know its worth more than 2p but will take a long time for the market to appreciate that ... when vlad goes, this price recovers !!!!

If it is a placing it confirms a few things :-

- Stu has insider knowledge

- Vlad cannot be trusted

- No one wanted to sign up for cart even on FDA approval

- The last 2 CBRs RNS were failed pumps

- They lied in the RNS from nov stating trials starting in 2023

- They lied again stating trials in few months

We have invested our life savings in this company and if we get screwed again, I feel many many will leave. After all the hype and hope this sadly is concerning

Haywain ... Trust me after 5 years I will be very sad to go but this hasnt been a good investment for many. It's all based on potential and not reality. I agree and trust you believe the science is amazing and so do the FDA but how long will trials take? How much more funding will be required? Why if this is an FDA approved product wouldnt a pharma just pump in 10 or 20m which is chump change for them? Why is the board allowing vlad to create distrust with shareholders and destroy the share price every time we get great news?

As for Stu aka one2one, I do believe he could be privy to information we are not and if that is the case its very sad from an ethical perspective but also how do we move on with someone like vlad who allows that to happen. Anyways, no one can prove but he was so adamant a placing at 2.5p is virtually 100%, tomorrow, friday or next week will be telling.
