I agree. If they wanted to do a placement, they would have done it straight after the prevail RNS when there was a spike. This points to a deal being done in the background, either non dilutive funding or equity investment. As Kingpin outlines, we should hear in the next 9 days now so great time to buy in and wait for the fireworks !!!!

Islandgirl ... a few things

1) If someone tries to buy 100k or more worth of stock they are not going to pay the current price of 1.3 but more like 1.8 or 2p so getting an investment would be favourable for an investor, even this late in the day

2) Prevail have committed money for the Paedetric trials in March and wouldnt have done that without some committment from hemo

3) Hemo are in no obligation to disclose anything until they want to or it is finalised with an investor. Until then, all this speculation and FUD spreading is only damaging a potential raise in terms of negotiation power and of course that is what shorts want.

4) Finally and most importantly, we know once money comes in trials will start. It is clear from the last RNS all things are in place and its probably just some form of funding committment with a long runway for initial patient results. If positive, all this negativity will be gone for ever

Why 10 days?

Delano ... I forgot you know how pharma works .... lols and like many on heer believe they can do a better or quicker deal. All a bunch of armchair jokers. Big pharma dont invest until some form of positive results are seen and that is now weeks or months away. That's when they will scramble for investment. The price is so low because there is always uncertainty with junior pharma and people will not invest the big money until they are confident of success ... the biggest rewards will be now but risk is not for all.

Buyhold .. I agree. The silence is always bad for hemo as trolls and FUD spreaders destroy sentiment within weeks. Nevertheless, if u look back they always come back with a nice RNS that confirms investment, CBR opportunity or FDA approval. It then shoots up and then shorters bring it down

This time feels different. We know trials are coming. We know money is needed and a raise is not really possible. We are so close now and whether it is days or weeks we will find out soon and hopefully we can say bye bye to the shorters

Kingpin ... My sentiment and discussions as well. I have a little more info which gives me more confidence and I have 21m shares or what have bought more at this low price. This is a great time and prob the last time shorters will have their fun and once trials start, we are off to the races. This is not for the weak and those who dare win ... GLA

Dont stress HT ... you are too scared to do the same but I am in contact with hemo and extremely happy with what is expected to arrive soon. Let others panic ... I am confident funding is come very very soon !!!

Pumpky ... reread the RNS !!! It says clearly hemo are looking at non dilutive, equity and other options. How much clarity do you need? As long as the funds come and this gives us a runway to get results, thats what we need to ensure big pharma will come and invest.

I have many more shares than you and stand to lose a house worth of money but I am keeping the faith that logic will prevail instead of arrogance and the results will make this worth millions !!!

Its a shame that a few bad apples on here spread FUD and it creates a spiral effect with the shorters joining in and destroying sentiment and this stock every time. We will just have to wait for the trial results and let the science prove the value of hemo and then the shorters and FUD spreaders will be gone for ever. Q4 2024 in my view
