We know funds will be required later but that is when results will be known and hopefully they will be positive. At that point, the stock will not be 400 but multiples of that and you also know that. You are trying push the negative narrative so you can close your short close to 340 ... good luck mate as the clock is now ticking towards trials starting

The UK markets are a joke. People cannot understand the upside here and keep looking at the past or worrying about whether they are buying at the bottom. Look at the facts :--

- Hemo now has enough money to get through initial patient (s)

- Hemo is in final stages of recruiting 1st patient

- Hemo will then inject 1st patient and we will see early results in 28 days

All that in the next 30 - 90 days. In between, yes we expect a USA investor to pump in money to carry this through to the point of 3 - 5 patients and to do a deal with a pharma hopefully on positive data. The risks are in the trials of course and that has always been the case. All those people that are genuinely here to see CART succeed and save lives have bought in and are just waiting. Me included. The traders will not return for a few days / weeks as they think its too early before the real rise starts so we are in limbo. Best to switch off now and either buy in and average down hopefully for the final time or buy in for the 1st time and get a great price with massive upside on positive results

Mickey Realistic sell points via rerate would be:

1st patient selected - small or no rise

1st patient injected - medium rise

1st patient results - Big rise (Positive) or it could be over for hemo on clinical hold

5 patients - Company licenced CART for big money or sold

I suspect that timeframe is anywhere between now and 6 months so you will have plenty of times to leave the bus but after staying so long I share your frustration at the absolute poor management of hemo !!!

I have requested him and peter many times to provide confidence to shareholders but every time it has been ignored. Sadly he will not buy and doesn't value shareholders at all. He is a meglomaniac who believes his product is superior and people will come and do a deal when successful. Let's hope he is right and we can finally get sold to a reputable pharma company with a CEO who can deliver on time and with minimal dilution in future. This is still a mega low price for hemo but I totally understand the sentiment and distrust in anything they do now.

Hemorealism ... Why has the risk shifted? They have money now till results come. They didnt have that money before. This is a binary play and most here will be either selling on 1st injection or 1st batch of results. So you either believe in the science and that will be rewarded probably around March with a big rise (and yes probably another big raise) but at a much higher price. They are not going bankrupt as in theory, from feb 28th they could do another placing in the UK so it now all depends on the results of the trials.

remember equivalent CART companies are valued at between £50m and £100m and this is no different. Look at Senza in the USA who had massive debt but still struck a deal on positive phase 1 results. You gotta be in it to win it !!! and this is still a bargain price

For all those investors who have been here for nearly a decade believing in anything vlad says, I feel your pain as I am one of them. He is a disgraceful ceo and should not be trusted in his timelines. Obviously he as always thought trials would start by December but delays have happened and they needed urgent money. Anderson must have requested that before recruiting 1st patient. That is stupidly hidden in this RNS which is actually great news ... The clock is now ticking and we know it is in the hands of a reputable cancer hospital and they will want to start the 1st injection asap ... I predicted by end Jan and that is still same.

I am shocked that only 340p was the price of the raise. I am shocked they needed it so urgently. I am not shocked that no usa investor has come forward as that wont really happen until early results are seen and then they will offer a premium + Warrants. The timing sucks and trust is now rock bottom but thats hemo and vlad for you.

For me, sit back and wait till around March when if things are positive from a trial perspective, even if they need to raise 2 or 3m at 400, 500 or higher, its all good as know money issues are gone and this is moving into the next stage.

Sadly until we get a new breed of investor unlike pumpy who picks at everything and still claims he is an investor in hemo, this will be manipulated by the small volume of sellers. Yes we would like a 100% guarantee via an RNS but that is unlikely from Hemo based on past. We know injection is coming soon and results approx 28 days later. JHFH highlighted some time back equivalent clinical companies at this stage should be at least £50m and we are £14m ... Once the market understands how underrated we are and not just a few PIs on this board, this will move

Remember Jan 2024 when it moved from 1p to 7p on FDA news ... positive results could easily double that rise !!!

We all know hemo needs money. We know why they did a consolidation and now they are clinical and trials are about to start, we should expect funding from a USA investor at a premium very soon. JHFH ... Thanks for the clarity. The visibility of hemo is so small, only those that really follow hemo are going to be able to take advantage of this silly low price. Once they put out an RNS stating 1st patient injected, this will rocket and with MD Anderson promoting it on pharma sites, this could be the last time to grab a great entry price. The volume is expected to pick up next week and into January so I can't see any raise until this is well over £5 in new money. I suspect once the 1st injection is done, they will raise a little at a higher premium price.

Most LTHs are still here and actually buying more as this is still below the consolidation price, we know MD Anderson is recruiting, we know Vlad is speaking to USA Investors and with hemo being so close to 1st injection why would vlad do anything at a discount.

This is the news rich period and clinical area most have been waiting for so best to ignore people like Island girl who are just here to talk rubbish and keep focused on the big prize. We are now very close and this is still a bargain

We saw on Tuesday that MD Anderson are now recruiting so should hear about 1st injection anytime going forward. Then within 28 days we should get early results and praying they are good ,they save people's lives and make many people on here very rich. As soon as funding news arrives, this should be multiple times higher.

I agree with Kingpin. I also am aware of the 23 numbers so next week must be sign off and recruitment start. That should trigger the funding issue to be resolved and then the big rerate in Q1 with injection and initial results.

This has been probably 1yr overdue in terms of rerate and yes I have said it before this is a bargain at this price and that's why I have averaged down and never sold off. For all those people that hate vlad or think he doesnt care for PIs ... you are right. He doesnt but that's ok since you need to look at the companies progress, where we are now compared to 1 yr ago (When it reached 7p in old money / 28 in new) and ignore the hatred of vlad for a few weeks and get your rewards.
