Its truly amazing this is still sitting below the placing price and people are still selling shares when news is imminent and your valuations will rerate this share price to anything well over 10p in months !!!!

Thats why u should make your own decision on a share rather than believing anyone on these sites ... negative nannies and short sellers have forced the price down and what was a very positive and informative board has now become loads of moaners (Like i used to be) before I understood the upside on hemo

I said the bad news had gone but it doesnt stop people trading and trying to buy low ... as i said i am more relaxed not trying to guess the bottom and just wait for news rather than stressing for the sake of 1 or 2% ... when this rises, we it does 20 - 100% in days !!!

Agreed. As we know with Hemo, they will issue an update when we dont expect it and those people trying to plan to buy low will lose out as it rises very quick. Its exciting but also anxious times as we all know this should be north of 5P by now ... the countdown to IND CART has become ...

dhub these hour by hour changes are irrelevant as is when it goes NT. We just need the big seller to be gone (There always seem to be a big seller in the background), an RNS to be issued and the buyers will be back and there will be a squeeze on again

AndycompanyZ ... you are absolutely right. Patience was key when it was destroyed to 1.2p for years. patience was again required when it went from 4p to now 2.2p. There are so many haters of this stock and traders that any rise is usually depressed as people literally expect news every day. We have seen a great recovery and the placing definately put a dampner on positivity. All those people taking advantage of the dips and averaging down will be happy once the next bit of news lands (Hopefully this week) and we can see positivity back on this board.

He also tweeted AI ROCKS !!! I think he has hit the jackpot with CBR and an announcement is coming this week and he celebrating its Monday ... lets hope and we see a massive blue reversal

Its shorters and traders taking advantage of the situation ... many will be filling their boots when they feel it is right for them.

Also, its not that clear the reason for the placing ... we can intelligently assume it wasnt coz they needed money but for the biodefence fund or to support a strategic investor but this is not guaranteed or confirmed so many enjoying the volatility

Really cannot understand the number of sells today. It was the same around 1.3p where people were selling off as news was impending and at as loss. No idea why so many people are upset with the placing. For me nothing has changed. Vlad has always said he doesnt care for PIs so this is purely about the science and we know we are now close to mega news.

Its an overall RED day today but am a little surprised that its now below 2.3p but every dip represents a solid top up and average down point.

saw that but it made no difference to the price ... i guess MMs have a lot of shares they want to get rid of under the placing price and once that overhang is gone, this should fly again back to 3p

Red381 ... I would have to agree with your analysis. They had money in the bank so there was no need to raise. Vlad has been super positive and never ever hinted at any money requirement. I think this money is needed to qualify for the biodefence fund (which makes this option even more likely). I also feel that after the fiasco of the past and with HEMO on the verge of going IND on CART, he wouldnt have done something to alienate investors and the market.

He could have waited until the price was 5p but I think some big investors came forward and stated they will offer the money now since they want the shares at a solid price and this had to happen quickly. Thats why there was some huge purchases in the background. I hope this is proven soon anyways

Overall. the price currently is below the placing price which is crazy. Once the market wakes up this week to how much big news is coming, this will again rise. I truly believe Feb is going to be an exciting time for HEMO and the start of massive rerates

Also, anything I say is based on listening to more learned people on here. There is obviously no guarantee of anything or any news arriving based on predictions but what we have seen is that so far, news is arriving mainly on time ie PQ1, PQ2, PQ3 and a surprise CBR update on a monday ...

I am here for at least the next 2 years so todays price doesnt matter unless u are a trader. Just buy in and watch or sell up and try to short other stuck but good luck to your ambitions !!!!

pumpky ... everyone knows like Tuan and Stu, you are the big trader on here and always want to create uncertainty so can buy in lower. There is nothing to suggest anything negative about this stock. People make their own investment decisions based on when they want to exit and their exit price. Most who have been buying at this price are holding till 5p+ ... we have seen it went up over 300% in 2 weeks and when news comes, it will do the same

People need to ignore these daily movements and yes the placing is now over. People either invest and take advantage now or wait till they lose out AGAIN on the next rise !!!

My pleasure sir. JHFH knows much more than me but one thing is for sure, this share was nearly 4p a few weeks ago and there has nothing changed except we are closer to news and big news at that. Its frustrating watching this share but its not different to anything in pharma. Anyone getting in below the placing price will be very happy in a few month I suspect when it multi bags again. PWil350 ...The science and the company are the same as before and so are the timelines. I hate the fact the price got hit but companies like this do recover and with news always imminent here, it will rise again. There will always be plenty of doubters and traders spreading FUD and those that listened sold in the 1.5p area while those who didnt are still here. From my perspective :-

PQ3 approval - Now
IND Submission - 1st week Feb
IND Approval - End Feb latest
$4m biodefence fund - March
CBR & CDX Updates on partnership licencing etc - Anytime from now until end of life

200k more buys than sells already ... i agree this is gonna recover fast and big block buys coming in with the spread so thin. Maybe this placing was part of the plan to create some baseline of 2.5p and all some big buyers in. Just need to be patient and the rewards are close ...

HH ... Let them sell. Flush out all the non believers. Huge buys coming in now and who knows which Institutions will be taking advantage of the placing behind the scene. Vlad knows what he is doing since he said himself he has 95% of his personal wealth in this company so wouldnt want to jeopardise that.

This will bounce hard and go to space once the next RNS comes out in a few weeks or earlier ... bargain price to top up again

Pumpky ... I think you are right. No wonder the price dropped so hard. It looks like the big seller from before maybe is still got a few to get rid off but he must be on his final breath
