So lets clarify. 12-8 so anything in around 10p isn't bad value, raise or no raise

But for multi-bag? RNS useless. Lets hope it's just foundation work pre raise, because only a raise will multi-bag here

IF SP is not walked up a lot , id suspect a raise of some form within 3 RNS's
