Any of you guys watching the semi conductor etf market?

Best to do those shares in europe or US, but i think one is ready to dance in the UK if etf market calls the bull (not fully yet for this phase)

Shorters even willing to pay the yield.

They must be expecting some slaughter post that adjustment

Looks like you are going to be out of favour here to 2026 at least now guys. I reckon a lot more big unknown trades to come, as they prep for a lower SP at OPTI for a future post US raise blag imo

They do have liquidity issues

MIN and TLY had more normal day market liquidity than OPTI

So we have a company that is:

1. Down 90% on ATH

2. Liquidity issues (not trusted ), so a blag in the UK wont pay

3. Deplorable financials, with lights kept on via past spinout dumps

4. Needs a new cash raising outlet

Guys, these awful listings are 2 a penny over there. From many regions

And all with one simple purpose

Raise cash

The only problem for OPTI really is that the Americans i know, know all the media outlets there (probably why dropped here)

Only thing missing now is an assurance it is not going to be used to raise funds.

You would have to be concerned for the mentioned possible floor at this stage. It's very close and that's heavy shorting:possible SP reaction, if buy back there - to really make a profit

They dont seem to think it will hold

I could be wrong as you can only estimate in various ways given lack of transparency in the UK, but i honestly think there are a few under radar and if start to show themselves above radar, easily see circa 5% short here
