Looks like you are going to be out of favour here to 2026 at least now guys. I reckon a lot more big unknown trades to come, as they prep for a lower SP at OPTI for a future post US raise blag imo

However, it's about return for us as much as them. Low price here is assured a blag for the US boys, that maker can walk up (not need a real market)

This type of listing does not affect anything right now. In essence it's the same share pool used. Just bought in dollars there.

They will probably claim it's for brand recognition blah blah.

However any raise in the future from 'US private investors' and so on, is also added to the same share pool directly per se

Or convertible notes or warrants which usually are converted into stock later, same impact. A push on to Nasdaq at any stage, requires a big raise/dilution

In essence no real impact today, but a massive one in the future with any type of financing via US partners etc
