Imo, AI only talks as much crud as it learned from years of history out there. You can put AI pieces through 'humanisers' and all that, to make sure when searched, it comes back as 0-2% likely AI generated.

End of day, no diff to RNS's. Extract facts/numbers , see which ones are missing, and ignore the rest.
