It is a massive cash burner for years to come. But others will profit if it all happens at all.

To put it simply, it is not designed for a higher raise price than recent highs. Typically it is for a lower price than each day it is not called

Even markets have structure. Not just standard finance - market finance too. Same thing

Think about it. If a raise is planned for example 0.5 or post signing 1? The SP is already fixed for the future, Just all noise today. If you say he thinks there may be a raise, I'm sure the price long sorted. So tomorrows market irrelevant etc.

The only reason you would sign before a raise, is to have a higher SP and the share count affect is different. But there is an awful flaw in that process that would be SP punishing for 2 years
