When a company has a two-decade track record of capital raises without generating revenue, coupled with a circa 99% share price decline, these aren't speculative concerns, they're objective metrics that warrant discussion as we look forward.

In illiquid stock if you hold a fair bit, the trick is always to part sell each phase 2% under strike.

It's much harder to fill big sells when they get priority liquidity flow in zones
