Large companies will always buyout what they see as large future volume/improved margin scenarios.

At least you dont see it as a takeover target - in essence that's negative.

Either way, I am not seeing any high value return here. A lot of that is based on what you all posted before too.

Are they hiding anything of value? Are they just being typical AIM deceptive ?

Does the answer really matter? Because when you look at market, either is not designed as a return for you guys.

If so dire, what were past years of expected royalties all about?

The company has been a complete joke. Highlighted by most others here, even if unwittingly at times. It;'s such a joke, others have to hope all the deception etc is for a sneaky takeover, and not so OPTI could dump out years and so on.

This is all proven in market history re info quality. Ok so mostly above AIM etc, but what's good for the goose should be a requirement for the gander.

For me, any recognition of revenue and not which market it is in, is dangerous info. Could just be some lala customer in unregulated markets. It's going to require great detail to actually give it any market weight at all. Do for an AIM blag i guess. But you need far more to be holding long term. As i said before, orders are easy get. A lack of detail under NDA etc, will be the red flag

Lastly - i recommend a chat with an atypical client. See what they actually go through to bring a new ingredient/claims into regulated markets. i assure you, it's far more than some bot will highlight.

Este lauder and Co have this book written 50 times over from research and potential claims. Still in the vaults for good reason

Dire, if you get any recognition of revenue here in a few days, it will bring a microscope by large funds to CRDA revenues (which they would not want). Obviously if SBTX recognise anything, it's got to be in the Croda numbers somewhere which they will look to decipher so they can see which real segment went down for Croda.

The best to hope for is a Croda note with the usual BS of an exciting future, and hope they mention Zenakine. But again this is unlikely as it would also bring an unwanted microscope

OPTI is doing all it can to keep you from being alerted to the imminent. Different game.

Last post - if even one of you is a genuine investor - consider the plays, do own research and whatever you do, learn from the cash raise here - don't be an opti high buyer . The time for here, shall be when short call arrives at OPTI. I suspect OPTI needs at least a few months for selling into. They have a lot of work to do , to create 'real' liquidity. But that wont stop a false market for a high price imo

Dire has probably highlighted though, pre or post December for this game. Too early prior and way too expensive. Be wary of an SP lift on any near update. Be for the slaughter house for months

Been saying for weeks, OPTI is getting rotated liquidations of SBTX. I can't evidence it as that would get me in trouble so 'it's a forecast'

When you start seeing big prints on OPTI on L2, Im sure the dates and times will be correct lol
