Reckon you would get sacked if sanctioned anything other than the lowest price possible. If working in a PLC of tighter regs etc. Funds take one look - see it could have been had for pence - bye bye you - no seat coming elsewhere either.

So, imo if anything you should look at, at all - is a management buyout. That would be mostly 3rd party held of course. But they would want it even cheaper.

Diluting it at 17p makes no sense for that. Was easy to crush price to much lower, simply by leaving it to it's natural market

I think i'd rule out takeovers based om info not known. Simply because they could have made it half the price.

That 17p is your future confidence due to it being backed (massively sold) when at 15s, 12s,11s etc , imo

Think about removal of top algo for news, so this month of work can profit. Basically its to use you lot to move price? But there is no you (hardly any market), and hardly any news format to change that

Well that would not go well here - hard to find much. Would require a new algo at lower price to stop the kill, and hopefully find more to average down

AT THE TOP (17p level):

Purpose: Prevent breakouts that would attract momentum buyers and disrupt distribution

Mechanism: Algos cap any buying pressure, keeping price below resistance to maintain "safe" selling zone

What happens after: Once distribution complete, algos step away allowing natural breakout or continued range-bound action

AT THE BOTTOM (16p level):

Purpose: Prevent panic selling that would crash price before distribution is complete - maintains orderly exit prices for large sellers

Mechanism: Algos provide artificial buying support, absorbing selling pressure to keep price above key psychological/technical floors

What happens after: Once large holders finish exiting, algos withdraw support causing immediate and often violent downside break - no natural buyers exist at these levels since the "buying" was artificial

Key Difference:

Top algo resistance removal = potential upside (if genuine demand exists)

Bottom algo support removal = guaranteed downside (artificial demand disappears, revealing true lack of buying interest)

As a matter of interest, 2 shares that did not stay within number laws when in a range and broke upwards, were MIN and TLY. I forget if on news or not. But it shows how up is often a precursor to screwed or cash raise etc.

I think you need some serious news from the company. Maybe within 3 days for a nosedive not to occur. It would be a rigged news considering all leading up to it, imo, to maintain levels post initial reaction. Ive kept this really simple and sparse on detail so it's easy absorb.

It's why i think no news is best and just tank. News would simply be for as stated imo, and only prolong the game.

The moral of the story is not how likely or unlikely a buyout is - but how likely it is to return profit to you if occurred. Remember, you cant make deals for price per share. All others can. You would be the massive discount haha

A buyout is based primarily upon material facts of which forecasts can be derived from, for an interested party. Well that's not past financials or acquisitions or Axis on a lease-shelf. It can only be about CRDA. But if any facts were material then you should already know them, and not be guessing. Anything else would be slightly illegal I guess re anything material unknown , to base projections upon to then decide on a buyout

But what they will pay is always an issue. Lets say they buy out retail cheap . Can have seperate deals with others?
