1. the 17p to 27p to 17p area was pre informed selling. Cash raise

2. But now they are buying everything they can, for an announcement]#

3. Price held down for the buying , after first put up for the selling pre the buying

4. Announcement comes - Offer, Contracts, whatever

Im pretty sure, but not certain, this had to have been flagged on regulator systems. The problem is that they dont see off-radar assurances like 'croda numbers in june' etc.

If it ends up being positioning pre an announcement, then as i said before, it will have to tank prior to that announcement - unless they own the regulators haha

Best just to assume it's massive distribution

Another issue the company could raise is that despite off-book activity (volume), the maker is trapping price within a 1p range since June 17th. That's a massive red flag

Given the ATV length of time, I can only assume if in a close period and all jobs done accordingly, they are only seeing big distribution and not buys of concern, which is legal

I believe there is no off-book exemption for that. So if it in a close period, and given ATV multiples, then the company will know and already reported it. (says i without laughing)
