Good morning Valueplay and Chilting. I concur with your thoughts and opinions. I think the days of sub £20 are diminishing as more positive news emerges. I’m still holding and delighted to do so!
Hi Hops. I’m not a surveyor so my guesstimate is just a considered opinion based on the current quoted market cap of the shares v the fact that they just sold Edinburgh for around that level in order to provide additional cash reserves and reduce debt… clearly a prudent decision from the board given the past year’s global pandemic. In addition Elephant and Castle is valued at or around the market cap and then there are all the other assets across Europe (some are owned and some leased from my understanding). That’s without the goodwill and branding etc etc. My guesstimate would be something in the order of a 45%+/- discount v net asset value. Obviously this isn’t financial advice or based on anything except my own research and I could be of course be wrong! Please therefore do your own research and I welcome your opinion/comments. All that aside they are a dynamic company with an excellent reputation amongst the younger global travelling community. They have their finger very much on the pulse and I absolutely love their vision and boutique styling at affordable prices. When things open up again (imminently) I truly believe the company (and the share price) will really motor forward and onwards and upwards! Wishing you every success if you are already in this share or indeed if you are simply considering entering the arena. I hope that’s helpful.
“Penny growth stock” … it’s a matter of perspective. Whilst it might be up from three months ago trading circumstances are way better now than three months ago. I guess we all have an entry price that we feel comfortable with! Mine is today’s late price.
I’ve been accumulating this share for the past 9 months and it’s nice to see it increasing. It’s net asset value (break up) is so heavily discounted I’m amazed it’s taken this long! I absolutely agree with the last post on here from “tired&confused”. An incredible opportunity for substantial gains in the share price going forward.
New to this particular board. I hope you’re all safe and well. I’ve been watching this share for several months and today seems like an ideal opportunity to buy in. Hence I have. In my opinion it’s cheap as chips today and the companies new debt structure is very compelling combined with the mission to move more on line. Wishing all my fellow shareholders old or new a successful journey.
Hi guys.. not sure if anyone has seen this yet… so incase you haven’t here it is. Enjoy!

Hi Valueplay. Oh yes I’ve been reading the board every day and liking your posts. I’m definitely still holding and indeed bought a good few more chunks in the late 1800”s and very early 1900””s.
Now it’s just a matter of sitting back and waiting for the magic to happen!
Patience is my best friend :)
Have a super nice weekend one and all.
Hi fellow investors! I hope everyone is safe and well today. Also hoping that anyone who is still upside down on this is starting to feel somewhat more optimistic than they might have been yesterday. Sending one and all lots of positive energy! My continued belief in this company, it’s ethical business approach and the transparent leadership by Peter Wall and his team is as strong today as it was when I first invested.
Have a lovely weekend and my genuine hope is that everyone who has invested gets to see a healthy return on their investment in the not too distant future!
Probably the best buying opportunity in months! I’ve personally added significantly this morning. Once the news really spreads about Argos green fuel policy (going forward) all will be well in my opinion. Wishing all my fellow holders a good day.
Hi ValuePlay.. thank you very much for your kind message. I love adding when share prices fall; especially this one! I appreciate your support and I wish you every success with your shares too! Have a lovely evening.
Hi Hedged.
Bearing in mind Mark Carney “was” the Governor of the Bank of England one should get current. Andrew Bailey has the position now, (until March 2028) so I would rather rely on his take on the positive economic outlook. I appreciate your comments of course, however they don’t seem very relevant to me given the above facts.

?Whilst the narcissistic and self-indulgent “I told you so“ individual struts his stuff attempting to demonstrate how well informed he “thinks” he is and bleats on about his negative price predictions etc etc I’ll continue buying these dips! You serve absolutely no purpose here.
P.S You really don’t need to pray for any of us! You might consider praying for your own character defects to be removed. This would be my kindest suggestion.
Wishing my fellow positive investors a lovely evening.
Good morning ValuePlay and my fellow (positive) investors. The said application to the high court is nothing that concerns me .. it’s an ongoing dispute which Ocado vehemently refute. In fact my understanding is that Ocado are counter suing the claimant for infringement. My personal opinion is this will never go to a full trial. My best opinion is that Ocado could well end up buying the claimant company out and add it to its portfolio as they are a very good fit, alternatively an amicable deal will be struck between the two of them and most likely be subject to an NDA. Litigation and posturing is a common feature where intellectual property disputes are involved, so it’s nothing that surprised me. Mediation, negotiating and sensibility will I believe ultimately prevail in this case.
“Keep on buying the dips” is my mantra! I firmly believe that Ocado are a sound long term investment (in my opinion) otherwise I wouldn’t be investing in the size and scale which I consider to be prudent. I’ve had ample and current opportunities to cash out with substantial gains, however that isn’t my intention, nor does it interest me… I’m in this share for the long play. These are just my personal thoughts, strategies and opinions. Have a lovey weekend my fellow positive investors.
