Great point that. The government is quick to announce an all electric car era by 2030. But there 10k more on average than a new petrol car. So how do the middle classes afford that and whats the government doing to help them?

Bp making money again at this rate. If it stays in this range q1 results should be back into profit. Cant understand the sp is this low. Yes results last year was bad. But moving forwards this year even if demand is still dented, the profit should be there if the oil price stays up.

Cheers for that , makes good reading. Hopefully some more deals coming.With oil prices picking up I wonder if the next one might involve more oil producing assets. To build cash that way . Im sure I have read in the last company presentation that most assets are gas producing wells. So maybe oil? Just a thought.

Good update. The only stock in my PF that I'm pleased with at the minute. Hopefully we may see some assets purchased using the oaktree agreement in the future. To add to growth.

Hi all, so glad that the company has some positives coming. Long time coming imho. Got Some more a few weeks ago when just under 2p. Position is set and ready for the drill. I do hope some of you guys are right about your predictions if we do find oil. Just been having a glance over past comments. Im in long term now and waiting for the result

IMO the dividend wont be cutt. I know countries around the world have restricted imports etc. But they wont stop medicines, vaccines and consumer products as their still needed by people currently needing them.

I never expected it to drop so much . But then again how can you price a company when you don't know how this virus will damage its forward earnings? Surely it cant damage a company such as Gsk that badly.
Who knows. For me its hold onto your balls time and gsk.

Just a question. This weeks rns is really positive news for LTH like me with quite big positions.And everyone else who has purchased when down low.
If they hit oil in the lower end of their estimates, 0.75 billion barrels i think it was.
What cant that turn the SP into. Whats your thoughts?

Hopefully it will reward us the split. Looked at abcam. Looks a good Solid company . However after some bad investments on Aim. I decided not to put money into Aim stocks. And only the ftse listed company's paying a good div yield. So Gsk i will do the same buy on any dips. And reinvest the div.

I think its still a good buy at this price , re-invested last weeks Divi. Hopefully good News in the results come February, which will support the new range we are all hoping for. But yes Split coming In the next 6-12 months im guessing, and until the split the Institutions will be buying more and more IMO further supporting the Price.
