Really pleased to see this SP rise well done AA and the team. Im eagerly awaiting the current drill results which i think should come soon. Gas prices up as-well. Potential acquisition growth. Well done everyone.

Can never be too sure, and i'm not sure on long term either. Imo you cant really plan for the split.But i think with the positive news recently on covid vaccine and antibody solution. Normal vaccine take up is slowly starting to turn to normal plus other drugs in the pipeline. Alongside that the market may turn to defensive stocks for the short term, and up until the split it may attract investment. Im hoping that the recent upside continues thats for sure. Plus remember the good old gsk div paid early January, then goes div paying again for the q4 23p div. It could go further. All Imo though.

Imo all we need now is a good update from AA on the progress of the drilling programme. Hoping he unlocks further potential from the current producing field which kistos is trying to do. Then some information on how he plans to sell that oil he found. And maybe even another acquisition.Either way i'm made up with the progress so far and looking forward to the next interview with AA

I hope you are right. Surely the next update from AA and co will be good , with gas prices currently going extremely well. Hopefully some excellent profit made from the company,and an update on further expanding the gas field potential. And who knows another acquisition maybe? been a few weeks since the last update from them, but as they say, no news is sometimes good news.

decided to top up a little and not wait any longer for a pull back below £2. building a nice little holding now well above what I would usually invest on a single aim stock. But i'm confident in AA and the team/ prospects so.

hopefully guys this will be a sign of things to come. been in since the beginning and really like the prospects, and AA and the team. was considering waiting until the next update and adding more on good news, may have left it too late to get back in below £2. but that happens . If the next update is positive i will.

damm talked myself into it and went into PB and offer closed already. so within 4 hours of announcement its closed.

exactly and yes up to 19.90 % of current share capital is maximum dilution looking at rns

wow just seen this and 3 hours left on the PB offer. my question is didn't diversified gas do an agreement with oak-tree to loan up-to 1 billion if needed. if so why dilute with extra share issue. Maybe there saving that for something else who knows. not sure what to do tbh. Oh and HL sort the 15% for you on divs.

I remeber spotting schroders on there and just looking at the schedule one rns. They were classed as a significant holder with 9.34%. So i think your right . Cant see investec wealth on the list though so may be new or just increased there holding above or even below the theshold for reporting.

cheers for that guys, quite new to all this.So they could have held a stake before and just increased over the notifiable threshold i see. thats still good though imo shows confidence early after this acquisition to buy more which is good.

Well this is great news and what we have been waiting for. The deal still needs approval and funds need to be raised. But this is AA. Imo its good news and it will re list as a trading company with assets and production bringing in cash to fund further opportunities. Its all looking positive. Just have to hang tight.
