Try harder George. They’re already funded short term - this isn’t a “desperation raise”. Next round will almost certainly come after Bonanza results and at a higher level once operations and assays are out. They’re in execution mode now, not dilution mode. Come back in a few months and buy then if I were you :-)

Solid RNS from NTVO this morning 🔥

Finally boots on the ground at Tesoro - 12-man team mobilised and the Bonanza Vein Study now underway. All HSE and legal boxes ticked, so it’s genuinely moving. The 30-day programme leads straight into a full Mine Plan and tendering for contract mining, so we’re clearly on the path back to production.

Also good to see progress at La Patona. The gold plant is now basically FID-ready (finance the only bit left - see below) and they’ve already started technical prep and permitting. Once up and running it’ll process Nativo’s own ore and take in third-party feed, which is a big margin boost.

Couple of strong hires too - proper mining experience coming in and confirmation that funding talks are advanced to carry them through to mid-2026. Add record gold prices into the mix and this feels like the real transition point from talk to action.

First proper operational RNS since listing and a big step in the right direction. Hard to criticise anything in this RNS. GLA

The early ore sales were never meant to be material - they were small proof-of-concept runs showing the Tesoro system delivers top-tier grades and recoveries (> 90%). Hence why they were not accounted for in any valuation or resource figures.

The focus has always been on the underlying geology: ~51,000 oz already attributed to Bonanza + Morrocota from sampling, within a wider 213,000 oz internal Tesoro estimate. Once full-scale mining resumes and additional veins are opened, the real value driver kicks in - consistent production and verified ounces.

Feels like the long-awaited operational update must be just around the corner now.

Expecting confirmation that Bonanza is back up and running after the weather-related pause, plus some clarity on the mine-plan progress and when Morrocota will come online. Wouldn’t be surprised if we also get news on the contractor appointment and timelines for both the second shaft and the processing setup.

The key line to look for will be around production resumption and grade. Even a modest tonnage at the grades hinted previously could change the market’s view quickly. Tailings feasibility may also get a mention – they’ve been running that tender for months and it ties into the next phase of growth.

Any update on La Patona would be a bonus – margins improve dramatically once they process their own ore rather than selling it out.

In the meantime, those who may have been concerned re the purported (non) issue re audited accounts no longer need to be (see my earlier researched post - you’re welcome), so they can also relax and enjoy the stocking filler chats to pass the time :-)
