Look, it doesn't matter if you understand the deal or not. It gets people talking about DEC in a positive way, about how much money we will all make and/or how DEC are creating shareholder value. Much better than fake made up crap spread by shorters and wierdos.

A lot of regular mid price sells today. The shorters uniting and puffing out their chests. But the SP remains positive. All they are doing is giving the market a chance of cheap purchases. I'm convinced we are at a turning point so will be buying on a regular basis.

DEC on the attack! Finally time for the SP to recover.

The low gas price and high interest rate will have a lot of pressure on gas producers.

Will the low gas price add to the pressure of the DEC SP. Or will the DEC excellent hedge pricing draw in investors from other O&G producers?

Nice to see it's confirmed that M&G is still the top holder with over 5% of the shares. Through all the drama, they have stayed committed to DEC.

As a shorter, you don't want a constant SP drop. You want to sell high, buy low. That's why now and again they pause and let the SP recover before smashing it again. DEC sporadic buybacks are a fantastic support for the shorters. If DEC bought daily, the shorts would give up and move on. Maybe DEC are happy with shorts, after all it keeps they BB purchase low as well.

What DEC board will not like is a shareholder revolt. Only then will they look after the SP.

The low gas price is fantastic for DEC. They are well hedged Vs a lot of producers needing a lot higher market price to survive. DEC will be a shining light in the sector and attract further investment.

Politicians are starting to pick up on the general mood that people are fed up with expensive forced alternatives to cheap fossil fuels. Targets are being pushed back to win votes. It looks like gas will be around a little longer 😁

The shorters are more united and the strategy is so consistent. Unlike DEC who cannot buyback more than 3 days in a row.

What will the shorters do now? Close and run or try too quickly suppress the share price. Should be an interesting day.

Looks like Black Rock have bought a large chunk of US shares. This could be the start of the recover 🤞

Low gas prices and high interest rates will be putting pressure on suppliers. I would expect some will be looking at ways to raise capital by selling old wells. It should give DEC some options of some bargaiin deals.

The next dividend is very safe and I believe many more at the same level or more for years to come. DEC excels at dividend shareholder returns. It's a fundamental corner stone of their business. One thing those slimy, blood sucking shorters will soon find out is that DEC rewards shareholder loyalty. When that message is received clearly by the market, the SP will recover. 30% yearly reward for anyone joining the DEC journey at the current share price levels 👍

No buybacks on Friday allowing the shooters to win last week's battle.

Almost the perfect entry point for REITs. Some good news coming but not built into SPs. Interest rate cuts soonish. As the labour market saturates, managers will have more power and push for a return to the office. As the housing market picks up, office conversions to residential will be more appealing.

A dividend cut would be a slap in the face for long term holders. The majority of us bought in at a lot higher price and receive a lower %.

To increase the SP, investors want certainty. Regular buybacks and commitment to pay the dividend at the current level for at least a year.

3rd day in a row for BBs. Get to 5 in a row and I'll start buying again.

I like the idea of a takeover bid. It has to be a possibility, especially as the interest rate begins to drop.
