Well I tried several times to buy 300k shares at 0.30p but Iweb would not play ball even though they showed spread .25 .30

@ theyknowitall, hard to tell whether they were all buys. Look at the 10m 9:43 trade:

I put in an order to buy at 0.30p but my trading platform would not let me have them yet there were two other trades today at 0.29p

Looks like the overhang has been cleared but who knows

Thing is if you sell say 3m shares can you buy them back at the lower price?

Surely this is an exception as how are Riverfort going to get their money back? At the moment there are not any assets or cash and surely no one would subscribe to fund raising without knowing details of reverse takeover.

I'm disappointed that I did not 'sell on the news' (MCM annual report). Thinking about how many shares I could have bought back at a lower price today but with my trading luck I would have sold at 14p and rebought at 13.80p!

So Riverfort will get their shares at a price of 0.2821p (I paid 0.35p just yesterday!). And Riverfort's £20,000 is a relatively small sum of money - what signal is this sending (I don't understand)?
