The standstill period is to allow organisations to challenge the outcome of the tender. Nothing is signed until the 15th so until that date the award of a tender is not official, merely pending.

Hurray - we're going to multi-bag on results! Great, but that just means getting back to the high's of summer which isn't exactly a huge profit on the placing price based - so the risk/reward isn't as good as it could be.

Disclaimer - I am invested and am well in the red having an average slightly above the placing price. I will be holding but just because I think staying in is the best way to get my money back with a little profit, rather than going to chase other chances elsewhere.

Before I get accused of being a deramper I am staying in SNG as I do beleive the recovery will happen and I don't think jumping ship to go chase rainbows to get the money back is the right approach.

But the markets aren't about reality -they are about cold hard numbers on screens. I'm in heavy here, but if I'd have stayed in EZJ I wouldn't be down like I am now. I think this will recover, but the "massive gains" to be made on news won't lead to massive profits simply recovering the losses since the heights of summer plus a bit of a bonus.

And if it is just directors buying back in then well done to them, and at least it ain't a sinking ship. Either way I'll take it as good news

3% is ~46m, so will take them a few days to hit that then another couple of days for RNS. Reckon if its them we'll know by end of next week.

well yes, we are trending down but there always seems to be a sudden drop and recovery over lunch. Maybe the MMs are so evil they are trying to get us to choke on our sandwiches ;-)
