Never fails to disappoint, these placing shares will be 90% in 'mates' hands and will be dumped as soon as the SP comes to life. I sold a chunk of mine the last time we were at 30p ish as they were my 'cheapest units' todays RNS and the lack of movement hasd stomped all over the rampers predictions again, so now they come out with the excuses - selling pressure - waiting for 27% etc etc and on it goes. The BoD know there will be a lot of selling if it goes up too much, and they need to keep people on the hook.

I would say thats a pretty good theory !

Yes, saw these statements which are conjecture, based on the fact that they would be able to supply volvo if they wanted them to. Nothing more than froth really they need to get off-take agreements first so really a statement of no interest.

I have bought offer shares a couple of times on HL they usually have a corporate action ICON lit up at the side of the share and you can go in and request the maximum number of shares you would want to purchase and you end up getting what you get.

This is/has been my beef all along with this share its been over 2 years now fecking around with this deal, a couple of placings and some EMH selling in the meantime to cover the Directors cash burn and pub lunch expenses it better happen soon now, Mozaria and his fanboys are very adept at keeping people on the hook - I also dont think PI's will get many shares from the subscription as I think they will mostly have gone en-masse to 'mates' the ' we wanted to let PIs get some placing shares' was just propoganda -- name me one occasion when any AIM CEO EVER wanted to do anything nice for retail investers ?

MikeB - You have a good point there. It will look very bad if they do seal the 27% deal after a pretty discounted 'mates'placing, I am mildly hopeful of this share but KM is a slippery character !

bannor - if its over subscribed whats the likelyhood of getting any now ?

I think the 20.5p rate was a bit of 'back scratching' I'll bot the large buys of this placing go to some very interesting people and not interesting in a nice way !

You cant be 100% sure they will not sell some EMH shares - trouble is EMH are in a bit of a dip at the moment.

nomlungu - Welcome to AIM ! This is the very reason why I am gradually exiting my AIM investments - BCN was a start this and EMH are next at the right time...

And furthermore they are pretty fuzzy about what they are spending the cash on !
