Auditors are in the spotlight in the last couple of years for failing (or refusing) to spot major aberrations in accounts (eg the London Capital Finance fraud) and are now sometimes refusing to take certain clients - this could be the reason, they had to get auditors with poorer eyesight !

Well if there is no DFS by the end of this month one of two things may be happening :-

1) Deliberate tactic to supress SP further for acquisition (3 failed CEO promises of DFS)

2) Cash raise to pay for additional DFS activities -- oh this is similar to item 1) !!

Wise - to play devils advocate here KDNC and BCN the former is supposedly worth many times its MCAP because of its hugely valuable stake in Amapa and everybody has been underwater for years and in the case of BCN -- hugely valuable resource sold for a song to the Chinese with a suppressed SP and now worth nothing because the Mexican govt have nationalised strategic resources. AIM is a casino an NO research will anywhere guarantee a good outcome. I have made good money here when it spiked to 90p ish and on paper the resource looks good, but what do you do about a management team who cannot complete anything ?? Another point AIM investors forget is you may hold a share for a decade just to make say 150% profit --- there re many ways you can achieve this a lot quicker and a lot less risk free,,,

What is you motivation for de-ramping this share -- are you a kindly chap that wants to 'save' us all ?

After well over a decade of AIM investing I would say this is a near impossibility as none of the info you REALLY need is available if its not in an RNS...

A share with a huge bid-offer spread like this and tiny volume makes the up down % look strange on any trade the way a lot of charts present it IMO.....

Over the years I have seen many ways AIM companies (usually miners/oilers) form sophisticated methods to snatch companies from the jaws of investors. There is a lot in what you say here and I/we have always known how murky this company actually is. A lot of us think this company is being run to find new and very productive oil wells and the incompetence we have seen cant be a co-incidence ! This is actually a creative accountancy excercise IMV, especially when you look at how we were forced to buy the boat from another Oraziman company.

Perhaps they could Photoshop the P in pfs into a D for the bank !

The EMH DFS has been delayed twice now -- it was forecast (for the second time) to be complete end-March, EMH like KDNC now have zero credibility CEO's....

The rampers seem to be in their 'electronic bunker' at the moment sometime some tasks are impossible and after all they are professionals and know you need to let the fury die down a bit before coming back out !

You are right actually Pippi. The DFS activity would eat more cash than this, as another poster has said we are locked in here for at least another 18 months. I would like to see Amapa sold and the proceeds distributed but this will never happen as the nature of THIS business is to keep a gravy train rolling -- I wonder how far off retirement is KM ???

Just over a week ago I was forced to sell some of these at a 75% loss due to cash realisation of a portfolio, an I thought I had almost bought at the bottom when I bought these ! This share is a poster-boy for why not to bother with AIM companies run by lifestyle Directors !
