Northsea - I am in BCN too and its only getting started after years of prep unlike this share which over hyped dilluted and on a wing and a prayer and a promise.

It always worries me when words like strategy start being used by Carver...It is a word that for him replaces delay or the phrase "may happen sometime in the future".

barn - this is shameless ramp..I have no expectation that the share price will move much on Monday, it will take a bit more than this now as the market and myself am a bit wary of this stock. -- Suppose that makes me a troll !

I take your point here as I was in Sound myself and sold out before it got really bad. James Parsons turned out to be a salesman and a non-entity. The is still an evangelical crowd believing it will come good - whether they are genuine or 'incentivised' we will never know !

I am even more confused now Barksy, I know 90% of what you have just written ok Andrew Suckling has a wonderful CV (not such a good marriage I read) but how is it relevant to us making some money or getting shareholder value ?

I'm not sure I understand your post or why there is irony ? But let me put it another way, I think this stock has a lot of potential to still go wrong and people can talk all they like about value of TE-5 but you need a buyer to buy so if you like as its ascot I will give the odds I see - SOU doubling say 3:1 my new investment doubling in the next 2 weeks EVENS.

I can answer these fir you :-
1. direction of company ---- suspension and bancrupcy
2. AGM and resolutions ---- who cares/what difference does it make
3. Funding of projects ---- placings for people stupid enough to buy their worthless shares

Barksy - you are missing the fact that this might add some shareholder value so it will not happen - ever...

I guess you could say I'm oldish guard. And it is possible that the new wizz kids MIGHT double their cash from the current price point. However my remaining shares were 80% down and rather than risk the possible armeggedon that might happen here I have put the cash into something that worst case will make sure that cash is doubled in short order I have been in AIM shares before where people have posted scientific valuations and rose tinted predicitions for the future - but as I said earlier this is a very sick proposition now and JP must be sweating to be frank...

I am having a clearout of AIM stocks at the moment and have 2 of my AIM shares about to blow. I sold one stock this Morning at 80% down as it was a no-hoper really and this pile of poo is the next thing in the crosshairs.
