To be honest hollie I dont think BCN shares were manipulated much. It is a sedate share with relatively small free-float and very low volumes generally given its MCAP. Even the discussion board is quiet by comparison even with casp. Its the funding issues and perceived stolidness of Peter Secker coupled with the failed fund raise last year that has made it so sluggish. Now the finance deal is signed I am expecting £1+ by the end of the year easily.
CASP has by comparison been massaged like a fat turk to keep the brakes on !

CC - I took your tip also and got in and out with a few grands worth for a nice quick profit. Thanks.. Not my usual MO but after I looked at the share it looked like a no-brainer..Woodford is a git but at least this helped me !

Seaton - after Afren, Belzone mining and Kodal Minerals I would say Africa is a pit of corruption and dodgy dealing and I would leave well alone, shareholders in african AIM ventures tend to be out-manoeuvre out of their investments.
An example being Belzone where the chinese major shareholder forced the company into admin and has no doubt taken over the resource at a knock down price with the help of the government.

Jacks - I'm glad you said this and not me however I do agree with your post this share mystifies me and now they have been talking more of late, if this dries up again the share price is going to take a bashing..

JJJ - we will be due the next spike when the MM's decide at their morning meeting which AIM stocks they are going to pump today ! Given the fact that you can see some stocks rise 10 or 12% on no news and no out of the ordinary volumes this is the only logical conclusion !

And on it goes more dillution -- more salaries for muppets and no signs of any ROI for any of us...

steven - this sounds like the Sound energy situation if you have a look at their board. Mind you at least we have the proven Tantalum while SOU just came up with multiple dusters !

The general consensus is that tiny trades lime this are MM's squaring up from small mistakes or leftover trades etc..

CC - take your point but please dont think I am a de-ramper I'm just annoyed. I dont think ramping or de-ramping works on these boards and I never would anyway.

Jacks - where has all this research got you then what NHB is true this has been winging on for years with the same old things being said time and time again - any time now, its about to blow, this will be a 10 bagger etc etc. The only positive is we dont have Flawless on this site regurgitating this stuff week in week out. If I thought research would make the share price go up on this I would pour over the web till 3AM looking for stuff - fact is this share seems set in concrete to fluctuate around 10p and not break 12p by much.

AIM is rubbish really . Lets face it any way to finance companies that no one else will is going to be dodgy. But couple this with people like Lenigas and you have a bad outcome. It seems the FCA are under fire all over and they just dont have the resources to police the stuff that goes on in AIM. But I think unlike say betting on horses it will get more difficult to get people to pile into AIM companies like a few years ago as so many are going to rat $8it. Fact is nano cap stocks are ripe for manipulation. I have a couple of AIM stocks (besides this one) that I am riding to fruition then I will extract myself from all AIM investments.

There have been some wierd block buys today which is not the usual day-trader style activity but I've no idea by who until we get the RNS ie significant holdings.....

A pathetic and clumsy de-ramp by someone who doesnt even know the share and is a known deramper with multiple ID's.

Its easy for winnfrith to criticise AIM stocks because so many of them are on a wing and a prayer, but this would have been okay if they had found decent Gas but it didnt so we lost our stake money - The issue I have is how people believe they will still get a decent wedge out of this dieing company and the placing alone was a good enough indicator of this cash to do nothing except keep the lights on and fool potential purchasers there is something of substance to be had. In my opinion the best you could hope for here would be a sale at the placing price.

"I expect we are being attacked by shorters atm." --- OMG -- this is the go to excuse for any share that is going down the toilet.

There has been a lot of opinions on this share since 2013 -- lets see it happen...

This is a volume free zone it seems virtually no trades for days...
