lambo - we have mostly been here for several years and it seems to have become much higher risk of late ---- unless we are very much told otherwise by the board...

I'm just popping outside to put £2000 in my garden waste burner and douse it with diesel --- well I was going to spend it on SOU shares but this is quicker !

The candlestick charts do not agree with such a drop in price by the MM's...

I had a similar occurence on EMH -- held a load of shares at around 20p - share price went to around 80p didnt top slice and subsequently lost (on paper) around £35k -- because I believed the AIM share price hype...

I dont thing it was a "really bad deal"... How would you have done it ? Gone to the local Barclays branch and ashed for the cash to build a mine ? Or sat on the asset and issued millions more shares on a quarterly basis like most other AIM junior miners or instead taken this partnership to build a huge asset from very little for half ownership ?
Look around at the AIM junior miner/junior oiler sector -- most go bang or milk PI's for years and then go bang...
ROSE/KOD/BZM/KZG and on the list goes of AIM sewage ! We have more than this...

CC - Are you sure the £1 is in the next 12 months or will it bleed over to 2021 ! I have theory exhaustion reading the board today -- who said RNS tomorrow yesterday ? LoL

Trufflehunter -- you are a 'cake and eat it guy' you seem to think that the finance flood gates are open to any AIM junior miners -- this is almost never the case IMO this is a decent deal on both sides...

As I said over on the EMH board this is a win and I cant see why the market cant see it, we have a major share of half of something huge instead of EMH petering out into nothingness !

The way I see it it was either this or drip-feed placings every few months, I think we got the preferred option really. Half of something that is huge and will happen is better than 100% of something that may never happen and has trillions of issued shares !

This is partially true but when you look at what EMH retains all things considered and without the constant dillution of all of the other AIM junior miners its a good deal for what was a tiny company. The 3 most important things about AIM junior miners are funding, funding and funding......

Surprised the market has had so little response to this as it looks like a very good situation to me ?

It is cheap if they ever do what they are supposed to be doing !
