My ave is around 4.5p helped down by a load I bought at 1.6p (when I stupidly thought it couldnt go any lower). If they havent been completely liying to us this should easily 5 bag on good news I think, but I am in the biggest loss on any AIM share i own on this.

No longer look at this board much since I sold out earlier in the year - but now I see that Parsons is walking it all makes sense I see an image of a guy driving off in a convertible Rolls with a huge bag of cash on the back seat.....

Whats actually going on here, the share is like the marie celeste ??

The only thing I can say is I'm not sure if I should have been out of this over the weekend !

I wonder if this was leaked last week or which accounted for the drops in the price earlier -- this is pretty suspicious frankly that someone knew this was coming.. Dont get me wrong it not bad news but the share price movements do suggest this was leaked...

Thats my reasoning for both BCN and the EMH deal...Some shareholders are unhappy with both deals as they actually believe it is possible for BCN or EMH to hold on to 100% of the asset -- this is cloud cuckoo land when trying to finance the build -out of a huge resource by an AIM junior minnow.
I am not unhappy with either deal - I just dont think we are getting the share price recognition we deserve on either...

I am learning to never trust anything a big fat shmoozer says, and he certainly is this. I am retired now and have done okay ion life by working hard and doing the right thing but I was always amazed and puzzled by the shmoozers I met in the ICT industry...

You are describing the bain of almost all AIM shares trying to break out..Unless they come up with a blockbusting piece of news they just get traded to hell by the moles who sit hunched over a screen all day -- they are reading this and know who they are !

Agree -- you need to spend no time considering whether this is a good deal as the AIM alternatives I outlined in an earlier mail are much worse - I am comfortable with it. EMH was a tiny company and to retain half of such a huge operation is great. Imagine you were a tiny car dealer with 9 cars on the forecourt and you had chance to take over 50% of BMW's uk distribution would this not be good ?
