A lot of what IBAB says is completely cogent regarding this company. My view is that only some government help can now save SXX as all of the other options will destroy present shareholder value.. I am no longer in SXX for this very reason and do not have any agenda other than the truth and decency...

I tried this and it has ended badly - just when you think things cant get any worse with this it always does...

Lets put it this way if we get good flow rates and the market reacts accordingly - happy days, I still dont see this as a long term investment -- on the other hand it has been by default as I have been in here for years !

Ditto here london74 -- savvy traders have done well with this share I traded some I bought at around 5p earlier in the year. I am roughly at parity myself so am looking to get out once I can see a modest profit. A couple of years ago I may have stayed in for the hope of bigger things but I have just found this share too irritating for my taste...

How did you arrive at the decision to buy more -- pure punt ??

Good news of course but not dancing a jig yet as all we have done today is regained ground lost in the last month...

Its the trading that has only allowed this to get back to levels of a month ago unfortunately, any other share without the karma of this one would be flying I think...

MLK - Roughly the same for me also have an ave of about 60p so I cant see anything this share can now do can be all that positive for me. Even if it increases 200% will not have been worth the 6 or so years of absolute greif I have been through, and over the timescale it will also still be one of my worst ever investments.

This aggro at SQM is simply great for BCN !

Fortitude you still seem to ignore the losses that many holders are sitting on here and we are not in the Barkby Group. How can we agree or disagree with a strategy that I dont see any evidence of ? All we see is the odd update RNS and otherwise silence, the only strategy here is one that can be guessed at I think. So sorry have no reason to put on the Rose tinted's re Giles Clarke just yet...I am just happy the rest of my portfolio has done so well lately !

I have read your posts over the last couple of years and what I see is a person who delights in others displeasure, and also a person who has a fairly low level of literacy to boot ..

And anyone who thinks we are being negative should have a quick look over on ADVFN -- even FK isn't posting any of his Rah Rah stuff any more. People are disgusted by the crappiness of this companies performance.
