What this says to me is that 'some' brokers have seen a quick buck in agreeing a virtual sale of x-num of units confident they can make a healthy profit by slightly flouting the rules.

If it was suspended why is the price dropping ?

Its amazing how twitter can distort something so much without distorting it ! They talk about Amapa in a way that you would think its just been announced in the last couple of days -- instead as we all know many many grindingly frustrating months...

Uncertain - dont agree 100% here. This has been such a farce that IMO we need some form of transformational news to ever shift it back above 3p. MJF is just too unsexy unless all the oil were sold at market prices, and also the govt debt situation needs to be resolved too. This is very much a glass half empty share until one of these things happens...

I traded mine at 3.4p last week but just picked some up at 2.9p hopefully for another wild ride ! This isnt my normal investing fare but does look like fun...

Hoody25 - you arent the first person to be mauled and spat out by the rhetoric on a share discussion board. You can scan most BB's for most AIM shares and there will always be crews of people trying to make any share look wonderful to new punters to suit their own agendas whilst slowly selling on any spike - which they virtually never tell you about. I have a mate who started investing just before Covid and then panicked and sold when the markets dived - he blames me for this !

I am of a similar opinion to ismalia. I got out on Friday at 3.4p giving me nearly 100% gain. I have been investing in AIM too long now to see stuff like this as a buy and hold investment. Lots of punters love to say 10/20/50 bag on shares like this but profit is king and this is too risky to ever form a meaningful part of my portfolio. Unless people here have illegal insider info as to what is going on -- they dont really know, and comparing it to other shares is also risky. Remember in a PONZI scheme the first people to leave DO get their cash its later on the problems happen. I'm by no means saying this is the case here and hope it does come good for all invested...

I've been wading through all the talk and endless analyses on here today and saw this thread, I too have to agree with Bannor how on earth can you be giving the BOD credit for being strategic geniuses ? They have just stumbled from idea to idea until they hopefully have got lucky with Amapa - (which is still up in the air may I remind people)..Sorry our BoD are bad businessmen but good income generators (for themselves).
