This is just BB guesswork. Okay I top sliced some at 80p but still have a significant posn here. The market is swinging around like a balloon in a breeze at the moment, BCN was down earlier but has closed healthily up. A lot of people seem to have bounced onto this BB with some agenda's I think !

Not really, but I dont think it had been suspended for sinister reasons and I am not panicking about when it resumes trading, my understanding is that it was suspended due to some naked share trading by a/some brokers.

I'm sure the guys have spent some time on their spreadsheets but we are now in Feb 2021 and we still have no sniff that this Amapa deal will persist. If I owned a Bugati Veyron I could surmise how fast it would go but I dont have one so its pointless. My point being all the spreadsheets in the world wont make this happen if it isnt going to happen.

Do you guys have a spreadsheet for the company value if the Amapa deal does not happen - if you are all spreadsheet aficionado's you should have factored this into any equations you may be using it is after all end Jan 2021 and we seem no nearer to closing this off !?

Nothing to lose sleep about I think its probably because on HL they quote the last BID price they would offer whereas on here its more of a mathematical mid price.

I have a block of shares about 30% underwater but then I have quite a few others that are so far underwater they are not worth selling so they are in the sin-bin so to speak. I will also sell whatever arent basket cases like yourself. About the only thing this share hasnt done is gone bust, its done everything else eg lying, taking out debt it cant afford, being generally useless at oilfield operations etc etc

The cash in Escro can only be spent if the agreed deal fell through as I understand it, so yes you would be correct they wouldnt need a cash call if it went belly up !

Trouble is we dont know as they keep this pretty quiet as they are not duty bound to report unless a threshold is crossed..

Im sorry but an agreement in principle is little more than nothing. Anyone who has been in a house-buying chain will tell you this before you even go into the business world. I agree patience is important but so is realism, this has gone on for around a year and the whole patience thing has gone on for 6 years in a lot of cases here. If hypothetically I hade bought in at the end of 2019 I would be fractious, but this on top of knowing the track record of these muppets makes me paranoid. When will their next cash-call happen if Amapa doesnt ???
