Agree with your analysis I didnt buy my shares anyway I ended up with them and now the only thing they are good for is offsetting my CGT gains on my TAX return !

I dont think there is a choice if it comes to preserving cash. This share is now price capped, so selling now ensures a price plateau. At least if it does go to AMG you get the chance of an increase in AMG shares. It is not ideal but the only way of making the best of a terrible deal !

Agreed -- but realistic is the key word ! If you look at whats going on over at ZNWD (BCN had a holding in this and we got shares when BCN was flogged) it looks like ZNWD has allowed a large holding by AMG who now look to be buying it on the cheap - classic AIM 'rug-pull' !!

Yes - this is an unfigurable yawn-fest of a company when oil prices are soaring !!

There is no point trying to sugar coat this, it is just another AIM rug-pulling excercise. I'm glad I didnt add to the shares I got via BCN...
