Littlened If you get your vote to delist, do you know if its management's intention for all SDX non ISA holdings on all platforms be migrated to the one single Jenkins platform?

If there was more than one platform would the matching be kept in line across all platforms?

True. I also saw quite a few oil stocks increase (some more than GKP), I presume they were reflecting better prospects regarding oil. but who knows what affect Trump will have! Folk may also also be looking forward to an Op & Corp update towards the end of January. Still a hold IMV

I agree the online votes stand as cast but I thought shareholders that attended the GM on the day could cast their vote then and may be that's where the BOD don't have the support they require at the moment? Isn't that the way it works on voting procedure?

Thanks for sharing Laura, do you know if anybody has emailed/contacted private shareholders that own a large amount of shares laying out the position of the vote NO case so to ensure they are fully aware of both sides before the vote on NYE ?

Ned you have been privileged with your communications and meetings when Malcy couldn’t even get a look in! Pity you didn’t share some of your findings with shareholders on this BB that don’t have time to chase the BOD for info. If SDX had kept us all more informed they may have had more support unless the news was absolutely dire!

Nevertheless with the assets we have I believe the sp is terrific value!

A possibility , got to be worth way more than the current sp!

Surely SDX can create more liquidity by completing these transactions they are working on . At the moment there appears to be little happening, hence the SP limbo.

One of the reasons companies join AIM is to be open to a wide range of funding opportunities (rather than being held over a barrel by one) plus regulatory oversight. So WHY do the potential investors SDX has recently engaged with express a preference to invest in a company not traded on AIM?

The BOD believes SDX has a greater chance of raising equity and/or debt financing from investors if it is private, WHY? ….Are companies wanting to join AIM for funding missing a trick?!

As I can’t attend the GM the deadline for my online vote or to change it is midnight tonight.

I will vote NO to cancellation

SDX may have “consulted certain shareholders” and convinced them but I feel the company has not done enough to put forward info to all shareholders to support their proposal for cancellation.

Indeed communications as highlighted on this BB numerous times has always been an issue. Even oil analyst Malcy has remarked on the lack of information at times and difficulty in communicating directly with the BOD. At least AIM forces them to release some news

I am afraid this will become even more problematic if we go private.

I am disappointed to see that the BOD have less shares than I have.

I don’t know whether this reflects a lack of faith or they can see an opportunity of obtaining a good holding at a cheap price in the near future!

I am with ii and it's very straightforward to vote online /Portfolio/Manage/Voting Mailbox and VOTE. You are also allowed to change your vote up to the deadline for voting which may be different for other providers. In the past I have noticed voting deadlines with HL have been earlier, so best doing it asap.

In value, £12.66k was bought and £27.16k sold ! Doesn't justify a 62.3% fall!

With a traded volume of 5,197,066 and a difference of only 1,981,647 between 1,501,178 bought and 3,482,825 sold, the fall of 62.63% on Friday seems a bit extreme to me! Personally I’m not selling at these lows and will wait for the release of more company info and see how the vote goes.

Oil analyst MALCY is unusually positive(well nearly) compared to some of his past utterances;

Thanks Chrisev1 I’m aware of buys showing as sell and vice versa but it's the reason for these large +ve and -ve trades that intrigues me

I have always dismissed large +ve and -ve trades like the pair at 11.01 assuming that they may be a transfer from one a/c to another rather than a genuine trade cancellation/ correction as they would be a big mistake to make! Though if such buys and sells are at the same price shouldn’t they be shown as a UT?

Any thoughts please?

Does anybody know why GGP could not give preference to existing SHs to ensure they get the amount they apply for before allocating any excess to new holders? It could also limit the number of small retail investors growing the share register even more.

I was considering buying more shares before the results in the hope of a buyback and divi and an increase in the SP like before. However, last time there were talks going on about the ITP opening. There is also a chance that any buyback would come out of the treasury but then I think we would get a dividend to support the SP

I hope there is at least a good buyback for cancellation, considering the expected reduction in production due to maintenance.

I am holding but still undecided about buying more, especially after seeing Citadel increase their short by 0.08% to 0.60% on August 20 and the chance of war in the ME.

I was aware that the current buyback programme of up to $10 million was to be completed.

However I thought I had read somewhere another buyback scheme had been proposed to start when this one finished but couldn’t find it. No one answered my question, so I am guessing the heat has finally got to me and there isn’t another buyback scheme yet?
