I see no reason for a small oil producer to change their entire business any time soon. Everyone now admits that oil is not going away.

This is key. My view is the link is separate to the deal. Gneiss really dropped the ball on this one. Looks like relinquishment or massive dilution is still on the cards. What a mess.:

Chris - these things usually cost more than estimated. £5 million is realistic IMHO.

If they do it in one go that would be best. Get themselves fully funded for the next 12 months to give themselves a fighting chance in sales negotiations.

Drip drip is a terrible strategy
