Suggest you arm yourself with facts about Gneiss history on AIM. They leave a trail of value destruction wherever they go. I would hope they don’t have any further involvement beyond the farm out process.

I find it strange he has waited 5+ years to decide the task is beyond him.

As I say, these Gneiss guys are sharks. Big red flag for me and I won’t be investing here again.

My view is really about the judgement of TC rather than any real concern that they could cause material damage to PMG.

I would urge anyone to DYOR - go over to BLOE, SCIR or CEG boards and ask what they think of Gneiss.

I would just be very wary of that particular company. These guys in my opinion are vultures, not dispassionate consultants. I follow a company SCIR, where these guys bought there way onto the board and brought themselves in as consultants. Current MC is £2m (it was about £15m when they started) and Gneiss alone have taken more than that out of the company over the 3 years. They have just pushed through a sale of the main asset for almost zero up front - $3m…I suspect this will cover their fees alone.

Worse still it looks like they screwed up the deal and SCIR May now lose their asset. Gneiss negotiated a separate loan package with the buyer, but the sale has now been pre empted. It looks like the field partners will not be obliged to provide a loan!

Shareholders are now getting the FRC involved and trying to oust the stooges on the BOD.

With Gneiss involved I would not expect a good deal.

This has lowered my opinion of TC. Supposedly he is a dealmaker but now letting the suits handle it? Can he really justify his salary if he is paying these guys (it will be a significant amount) to do the work.

This is an admission of defeat.

Time was TC wouldn’t have needed the BS merchants at Gneiss to get a deal across the line.

All this RNS says is that PMG need a farm out….which we have known for 5 years at least.

Potentially the EAG option could be exercised to buy out the 2 partners, and just run the Greenan asset into the ground and take the divis. It’s probably profitable if you strip away the layers of pigs at the trough.

The BOD are value sinks, as evidenced by the SP. Sum of parts as a private company there could be some value here. Just my opinion.

Not my area of expertise but there will be a way.

Perhaps delist the company and have a very bare bones, single part time director which could keep things ticking over and pay a special dividend if / when milestone payments are received?

Shareholders could see a decent chunk of the funds that way. IMHO this Or something similar is the best option. Potential for a pretty good return over the next 5 years (from todays price at least).

If this continues with an AIM listing then it is a total wipeout IMHO. There is just not enough in terms of cash / assets to do anything more than limp along and pay the salaries / admin costs.

I wonder if the FRC will investigate what has been going on on this BB. Seems likely to me that the Powers that be have placed stooges on here (AA is still supporting the BOD?). And there was the little episode where they were getting dissenting voices banned. I suspect that was a professional job.

For New builds they may be viable (I am no expert), but we have many old and beautiful and or protected buildings in the U.K. that are very poorly insulated, and very difficult to retrofit with insulation.

We also have many buildings that should be torn down but it is cheaper for underfunded councils and private land lords to keep them going. The tenants pay the price in their energy bills and poor living conditions.

You are actually wrong as well. There is no requirement to use renewable power for new fields. And there is no legal requirement for sullem voe to “go green”. In any case if these become mandated then ENQ will make an economic decision and could choose to invest elsewhere

As I say, you can easily buy a vote or 2 if you really care about what Enquest are doing. Meantime it is controlled by sensible pragmatic investors who want to keep the lights on and fuel tanks filled.

These green initiatives will only happen if it is in shareholders interests. If you want a vote then buy some shares.

Chilting - this is all in their stated strategy, so why are you harping on about it?

If BD gets rid of the BOD then I expect any new guys that are serious will need to recapitalise the company or wind it up and return any monies to shareholders.

If the BOD stay then we are looking I think at more drip drip finance to fund their salaries and keep gneiss sweet.

I know which option I would prefer
