A lot can happen in 2 years. The fruits of Rishis raid will be a little clearer (decline rates, investment levels etc). The political emphasis already seems to be shifting. It would be incredibly stupid to stop producing our own oil and gas. I think even these idiots know that.

They would leave themselves open to legal challenge and the U.K. would be uninvestable IMHO. Foreign investors would be able to take it to an international court similar to what happened with cairn and gov of India.

Yeah, around £150m-200m required to go through Scott. It won’t happen IMHO. If it does then PMG will be left with maybe 10% equity. Even that will be difficult to fund without a large placing.

My view is that if you wait 6 months or a year you will be very happy here. It is sometimes useful to reassess based on whether you would still invest today, and what your target price and timeframe would be. Forget about your original entry.
