Steve - good point I was scratching my head about that cash figure. The HE1 SP is highly volatile so I wouldn't want to depend on being able to offload at current SP.

A bit misleading of them to class this as a cash equivalent to say the least. Hardly a blue chip investment!

Certainly doesn't look good taking large positions in other AIM oilers. Why not get on with making SCIR a success instead?

All of these vaccines are for emergency use and their efficacy has been extrapolated from a limited trial. This is true for all the new vaccines. Yes it is unfortunate that their were the issues you highlight with the astra seneca vaccine, but to throw it out on that basis is foolish and unnecessary.

Whether they absolutely need to hold a vote is not quite as clear. It depends on what assets the company holds at the time of the disposal and the value attributed to the asset sold. But I am happy with your clarification.

I got absolutely slated by the usual over committed bunch on here a few weeks ago for suggesting that enquest needed to be putting something in place now to restore investor confidence.

Last thing we need is for investors to see a ticking timebomb and no clear way to diffuse it. Glad we have some top BODs working on it already.

Problem is lads that any new finance / restructure is likely to require an equity component. Particularly if it involves another magnus type transaction.

That is basically impossible at the moment due to low SP so AB is caught. Factor in the reluctance of banks to lend to the sector and it is a perfect storm. In my view we might get a vendor loan type deal from BP again, and we might get an extension to out October 2021 date. I don't see banks lending to us again unless it is for a specific project.

The bonds will have to be renegotiated again if that is the case and POO doesn't save the day. Unknown is what price bondholders will extract.

AA - you have not proved me wrong. There is nothing currently that requires the BOD to put this to a vote as Chris has been touting repeatedly!

So the onedyas deal required an EGM to satisfy AIM rules for reverse takeover.

Disposals do not require the approval of shareholders.

Chris - why would it require a vote? None of the other disposals have required one.
