Got my hopes up there that the BOD were doing the right thing and resigningā¦.but no, another director with dubious connections in my opinion
I was told once that ABs fortune is largely from his lock up garage portfolio.

45 odd posts on PMG in the last day or 2.
Steve - I will post where I like.
Based on track record it will not happen this year.
SCIR needs the deal to actually go through otherwise they will be going bust in my opinion. Once it goes through they have to repay ARA the loan they have provided. Letās hope it is not more than the $3m that will be received.
Then of course their pals Gneiss need to be paid their āsuccessā fee.
If you think there will be any money left over for an AD then itās a delusion IMHO!!
Looks like we have a ramping crew on board?
Sjab
Dead cats bounce too.
Lol I see a ramper has arrived
Roger.
MMs playing with the spreads and some mug punters getting excited.
The company is a bloated corpse in my opinion. If the ARA deal actually completes then full payment is years off. Meanwhile costs remain eye watering and capital is required to develop the AD business.
I will be avoiding the share. Management team that have overseen the decline from 2.25p are still in place and engaging related party consultants. Governance non-existent in my opinion
Lower highs and lower lows. Good luck if you are trying this old dog.
Lol, no takers though I see as there have been zero trades today.
Glad to see it has been taken down. For me this is more newsworthy than the original article.
On the 9xā¦all it will take is one interviewer to make a labour politician squirm and it will be abandoned.
They crossed the line on this one and the BBC have been made to look a bit foolish with this āexclusiveā. Perhaps these types will now receive more scrutiny.
Romaron - exactly, Dana will no doubt have contacted the BBC and uplift. I would if someone unfairly labelled me like that. If they are going to start singling companies out then they need to be a bit more careful about the data.
Iāve complained to the BBC anyway. Very lazy journalism from BBC āData Journalismā.
What do we think? Suckers rally?
Equally the amount of oil that naturally seeps out of the earth is huge compared to these releases.
Or worse open to be accused of defamation.
I disagree Romaron - main stream news outlets will be wary of parroting Uplift and inviting their representatives on TV if it is going to end up making them look stupid and incompetent.
Mark Wilson, OEUKās HSE & Operations Director said: āThis was a desk-study by a pressure group written for purely campaigning purposes containing basic errors in its data and analysis. It was foolish of them to publish this report, and for the media to publish their findings, without carrying out basic checks on accuracy.
āIf anyone in our industry behaved like this there would be major repercussions.

Any keyboard warriors want to ask bbc etc to give this the same prominence they gave the uplift story?
Sadly more cash is required to really make anything of this business. This will either gradually drift down as that realisation dawns on the cross acolytes, or crash in a monster placing.
All my opinion
The main opportunity with EPL is that full tax paying companies canāt compete. They need asset prices to drop before they will be interested in acquisitions. They may also become sellers themselves.
I am hoping we can do a big deal to help someone exit the UKCS. Maybe CNOOC? That would give us a stake in Buzzard, and a bigger % of GE, along with Scott platform which has opportunities nearby. It would be a huge deal but it would definitely accelerate the tax losses!
