After theses results, it becomes even more of an intregue , does it put the BOD into a quandery as what to do? I would think yes ,this could swing the vote out of favour of an aquisition by Anglo. The board should be seen to be doing its job on behalf of sharehoders, as they are paid to do. All honor and duty goes out of the window if they do not. Reputations must be important to them.

I agree Bushy Tailed, no cushy number with Anglo, SP continues to risewe will soon see. Anglo may yet have to up their offer if the SP ends up exceeding their offer , depends on Gold price.

Either way your vote may just tip the balance either way. I would prefer a no, but depending how you are invested, long or short term ,for divis or not , is what is important. Anglo there is no divi annual, but then are ceys future explorations likely to be equal to Sukari ? Unlikely .Or even sufficient to be mined ? Are the major factors of your decision. No one knows for sure, its a gamble. Those are my thoughts for know.

Looking at it Buck Jones looks reasonable as I am overweight in the Bank already so more with more cash, I do not want ,the propery market is problematic and might just solve my problem with my ISA if it is an automatic swop, The Q4 figures are a long way ahead. Worth consideration ,thank you.

What downsides do you see,if any, to the US stock exchange listing. My main conern being ,I am in an ISA ,protected from UK tax and now living abroad so if I sell CEY I lose that part of my ISA as I cannot buy back in.
