£2.5 mill invested is a sign of confidence in our potential & the Directors view that we are undervalued.Perhaps they expect the next bid to be successful ?

We are all entitled to our opinions & they are bound to vary as we all have different financial profiles & financial positions.Timescales have slipped over the last year or two yet FY23 was a very solid year & there is no reason why FY24 wont achieve its current targets & if G3 is launched with some decent signed multi year contracts ,Fleet alone could spearhead outperformance this year .Our tangible success has taken longer than expected for sure & being a quoted company has possibly hindered our progress as there are many pre revenue & profit private companies on crazy valuations .We can all choose to buy sell or hold depending on our circumstances & needs & if Directors continue buying following todays RNS I am more likely to follow them ( again ) & certainly dont plan on selling.

RNS this am announcing that the above increased their holding from 2.5% to 3.03%.

A pretty large holding for what looks like a fairly small hedge fund manager -Odey reincarnate?

There can be Director buying before a material RNS,eg we could win 3 long standing RFQs,the outcomes from which would not be known until the Tier 1 advises us that ewe have won-or a multibillion$ company could buy 3% + in the market -neither of which would be known by any Directors beforehand.

Not his mates-it is a family trust .If you have an issue or disbelieve a simple factual RNS you have the option of selling out,if you own shares-or selling more short if you expect our SP to drift lower.There is enough fake news in the world without posters on a simple creating more for their own benefit - or not !

Profitability is ,hopefully , only a year away-although that is based on contracts currently won .We are hoping for Auto RFQ wins before ( & after ) 31/12/23,G3 will be launched in Jan 24 & we could win additional Aviation contracts & Rail contracts ( Paul said yesterday we are talking with several rail operators),an initial contact via Mobileye could be launched etc.

They could only prepare the projections published yesterday based on what we have won up to yesterday & there remains scope for SEE to surprise on the upside.

There is also scope for a current II or 1 of our several mutibillion $ collaboratees to increase or build stakes in market ( as no new shares planned to be issued) which could help our SP.

Hopefully Martin will continue his daily buying until he has reached his target holding-which gives more confidence regarding his own forecasts.

Our very weal SP should offer opportunities for those believing in our products & potential & our CFO continuing to accumulate is a good sign

Are based on contracts currently won & cannot include numbers from contracts yet to be won - ie if we win nothing else the projections are expected to occur.If we win several major RFQs across our 3 divisions over the coming months,presumably those projections could be expanded.

The US strikes dont appear to have affected the Mobileye share price

Based on the amount they are likely to be paying Shortie I suspect they will need to raise sooner rather than later

There is , of course, always the possibility that EEE will be sold to the highest bidder,once they have proved that substantial resources exist within their 40X20KM prospect with view to then passing the baton to a major with substantial resources who want to develop a mine in Australia rather than in more politically unstable environments.I appreciate that some here hope for 100p + but many of us would be glad of an excellent at 15p+-& £100m valuation may not seem so crazy once the extent of the resources are proven-especially if there is CU,AG or anything else of substantial prospective value down those 500metre holes.There is also the possibility that the prospective resource will run much deeper than500 metres.

Our Board are either full of carp (like many Aim Boards) or they genuinly believe they are in the early stages of discovering a major world class resource.

I too have complained & I am sure more than a few of us will be asking the same question Greg in todays Q & A-not that I expect a response.

Agree entirely Maplin-we all know what the key queries are & in an ideal world they would be presented as representing the responses needed by PIs , but in practice, there are likely to be a very large number of similar questions submitted & Paul will cherry pick due to time constraints & the available time for Q & A will depend on the length of the prsentation,which is likely to utilise the majority of the available time.

As Paul & Team will be in London its a pity thare isnt another in person Town Hall as that gave many of us the opportunity to have a private chat with Paul,CFO,Sophie & the PR guy-not that those chats have helped our SP .

I was also hoping for another cap as my original has not worn well!

Very careless & they will have received Companies House notifications & Baker Tilly, the previous Auditors, (who resigned on 2/9/23 without being aware of anything untoward) ,will have been on their case regarding the urgent need to Audit & file the company accounts.

Reflects badly on the CEO & CFO & needs to be dealt with ASAP

Even the most bullish of bulls will be frustrated at the lack of contract news or news regarding the much anticipated launch of G3.Markets are dynamic & clearly what Paul expected to happen more than 12 months ago in respect of RFQ wins has not yet happened although he still expects our win rate to remain at 40%+.

We could all have deployed our capital elsewhere ( & still can ) in the hope of superior returns & I entirely understand why some have been reducing their holdings or exiting completely.

I am encouraged by Martin Ives building a reasonably large holding over a short period & Paul investing around £450k recently (@ 6p) by taking up options giving him tangible skin in the game.I too am frustrated at delayed news but having been here for over 10 years I have no plans on selling right now in the hope that the newsflow will soon turn positive & my commitment vindicated.

If the CEO & CFO really believe in near term prospects they should be accumulating decent holdings as the SP remains close to a long term low-they need to put their money where their mouths are

PM could have waited 3 years to exercise his options when our SP will ,hopefully, be substantially higher ,but if Aussie tax law is similar to here his rationale may well be that exercising @6p ( ie above market price 0 would not trigger a tax bill now & the tax payable ,eventually will be a more benign CGT , rather than higher rate personal tax on the uplift between 6p & the future prevailing price -which I assume he expects to be much higher.

I accept my confirmation bias but retain my conviction here.

First fantastic RNS for some time -confirming his confidence in his outlook for SEE.

Interesting to see our opening price tomorrow & whether his purchase heralds a re rating ahead of expected positive news

Directors can only buy if they are not aware of price sensitive information -I am not reading too much into anything & continue to have SEE as a conviction buy on the basis that some time soon G3 will be launched together with related contract news,Auto RFQs will be confirmed & our initial ( & hopefully material) Aviation contract will be awarded- all of which will,collectively, prove to have been the long awaited inflexion point & our SP will move towards the Cenkos target

Let us not forget that Pauls next target for Fleet is 150k & once G3 is launched we hope that some post manufacture contracts will have been lined up for signature on launch-resulting in an immediate step change in Fleet.
