Only 8 days left in April and still no update on finances. Surely they’d know by now. Last they said they had enough funding to see them into April or administration if they didn’t get additional funding

I’m still here. Really thought we would have had some kind of news on this funding situation by now. It’s mid April.

Just waiting quietly for something to happen.

I do feel there is a problem with the updating on this site at the moment. Like others have mentioned I’m only seeing 14 trades. And the messages being posted often don’t correspond to what’s being shown.

Well I’ve just read back at the feb RNS and it does say they would terminate “the facility” if they could repay the funds. It was also at 10% interest rate so it seems to me like they got a high interest loan and basically want to get rid of it now as it was secured against their assets.

Same here Hot-C. Interested to hear more on that.

The other thing I’m often thinking about is the contracts and commitments cel have with other companies. Surely cel must be getting pressure from them as its within these companies benefits to keep celadon afloat.

For me I’m on the fence.

Used to be completely positive, looking at the good in the bad.

But really feel it’s been manipulated a lot to get to where it is. Doesn’t go up with the good news like you’d expect. And with the recent few rns, people leaving, funds delayed, delist, administration possibilities amongst other things it’s hard to stay positive with the remote hope that it’s manipulation or the funding may (or may not) come through.

It’s literally a toss up and anyone’s guess. I’m in it for the long haul either way but my optimism has been diminished by the lack of care for shareholders which has been massively shown to us over the last few years.

Thing is we are here to support them, help them reach their goals and achieve a good business but get screwed for the privilege.

If the last year and a half is anything to go by, this’ll end in tears. Probably a little quick spike then plummet again. Definitely feels like a lot of this has be orchestrated by design to drive it down.

Probably funding coming in then look to delist.

Did stick a little down around 3p before the increase just incase.

Still can’t get over how far down it’s come.

Got to be one of the worst investments I’ve ever made in this company and I put a lot of that down to bad management of the stocks.

The only positive “spin” I can put on this is that James may have decided aim was bad for the company and to remove it from that, possibly making trading better (I don’t know).

And that the cost of the other executives was a weight that could be dropped, perhaps they weren’t pulling their weight, perhaps they held the company back, perhaps it was a cost thing or perhaps they couldn’t come to an agreement but that’s a lot to loose! As well as loosing the CFO earlier last year. Unless someone was at that meeting and can inform us then a lot of it is speculation and we won’t truly know.

He always talks in confidence and like he wants the company to succeed but don’t they all.

I’m in exactly the same position as you. Trading through Halifax isa and down quite a bit and this is my first ever investment that was sold to me by someone else apparently too good to miss! So not sure where I stand now.

Not sure what to do here now. Been proper shafted for just over a year and now this.

What’s the latest news?

I just can’t get over how crazy these SP are. They’re red again even after good news 😅 something definitely up with it all.

Was kind of expecting and hoping for a positive end as we are almost in march which is the last date we were told funds would get us to. As always I do feel they want the company to succeed and good to have another large funding to hopefully see us to the next milestone!

Got some shares while low but unfortunately most of mine were bought before the drop last year so I’m in for the long run anyway.

Fingers crossed for the future abs hopefully see a healthy rise here! Long overdue.

In all honesty I don’t feel the price will shoot up to where it was until CEL have secured funding or another deal like Valeos.

News like this recently just bumps the SP up a bit then comes back down. I do feel they’ll get through it but may have to hold onto your seats for a while. Maybe mid/late this year.

Be nice to know what the figures are with the revenue from Valeos.

What about the income from the valeos deal? Wouldn’t that help push past march?

Pretty much agree with most of the comments from today.

The Sunday roast discussion was certainly worth listening to and I would recommend people to listen to it if they haven’t already.

It doesn’t seem like J Short is worried and has plenty of ideas going forward.

I feel the SP is low because a lot of people have lost faith. A few people I’ve noticed haven’t been commenting lately so may have left the investment. I think Aim and any RNS are at the back of J Shorts priorities which was made clear from the Sunday Roast and that’s never really helped the SP much.

If the company’s current position was driving the SP it should be higher, probably a bit or market manipulation and a bit of distrust. I’ll be sticking with my investment as can only see it going upward from here with the current plans.
