Thank you Howard, I’ll give that a listen. Maybe he has a plan up his sleeve, maybe it’s just talk.

Did anyone here attend the general meeting? Any insight on what was said? Seems pretty unanimous 85/15 which I felt would be the outcome anyway. Just seeing what the future could potentially hold for us now.

Take it as you wish, I’m not in this to side with Mr short, I’m in it as a private investor like anyone else and I agree that going against this plan may be better for us. However I am just being realistic, if you can’t see the negatives and potential problems how can you make an informed decision? Otherwise these things come back to haunt you later.

At the end of it all I want what’s best for all of us investors, we are the ones who’ve taken the hit to be where we are and being positive hasn’t really helped. Theres only a handful of us that comment on here now too.

I am however curious as to what could or would happen if we manage to vote against him and what that would bring to the table going forward? Is it a double edged sword, or would his hand be forced to listen to investors.

There’s a good chance that we couldn’t stop it if we wanted to. He probably has shares through other connections that’ll all vote in his direction, plus a large number that probably won’t vote at all. I don’t feel he would put it up to vote without having a good chance of getting what he wants.

Plus if the plan is voted against and stopped what then? He could derail the company even more and pull another vote later on or just sell up.

I suppose that really depends how they deal with existing share holders when they delist and go private. Whether they do a compulsory buy back or if we can keep the shares in the private company.

Makes me feel a tad nervous to be honest as the company has a reputation for giving very little explanation or warning for anything and we are very much left in the dark already plus the share price has plummeted over the last 2 years. James seems to blame aim for that.

I’m holding out until the end now.

Can we vote remotely?

Need advice on how to proceed here. By the looks of it we won’t get a chance to trade on aim again. I’ve not dealt with matched bargain facility or anything off of aim, this is the first stock I’ve ever had and trade through Halifax.

Just want the best way to deal with things going forward as not experienced enough to know.

Bit of a joke that they can allow this suspension while James sets up his escape. Definitely planned execution to devalue the company over the last couple of years, get the value low so buying shares back becomes cheap, only to then privatize and capitalize on the success while leaving investors out of pocket who helped get him there.

Company was never in a struggle, and I still reckon these incomes he’s been getting are backhanded to make it look like cel is struggling by.

So what are we making of all of this then guys?

Get the feeling we are being shafted so he can go private and take all the glory.

Got funding sorted to end q4

Not looking too great today. Probably bad accounts incoming or administration. Obviously something going on behind the scenes that we are last to know about.

What are we guessing the accounts will show? I’m not sure we will get much more clarity from them. Be nice to hear more about this investor soon though as that’ll be the turning point of success or sell.

The thing I find strange is how they’re always hanging on by a thread and somehow every month they secure funds from the magic fund fairy that happens to be just enough to see them into the next month. Part of me feels it’s short dipping into his own pocket each month although I find it unlikely but I can’t help but come up with wild stories as to who could be funding it.

Would be nice to see this other investment come in, then I feel it might go up a bit more. How long do you guys reckon we will have to wait to see that?

As usual I’m pretty much on the fence.

Yes it all seems positive and “should” see blue, however we’ve seen red on positive news in the past so I won’t hold my breath. But hopeful either way that the company is moving forward and with it hopefully the SP.

Not too sure how I feel on the delist (more for the fact it’s agro for me to move the shares as I’ve not done it before).

As for the company being sold, that’s anyone guess at the minute but I feel they would have tried to accomplish that a lot sooner than now, however I don’t feel we are getting all of the facts and info we should be and that the stock is being mislead to some agenda so to be careful either way and keep playing it as high risk.

I’m long term bought in around 80p, went up to 120 and dropped to 3.5p now averaging 50p to break even so it’s not been very good to me but time will tell.

So what we thinking? Get funding or not? Last minute ditch from some people with a slight drop in SP. I kinda caught it a bit too late to do anything as was with a client.

Hopefully they’ll get the funding sorted but real hit or miss at this point.

Had this multiple times where the sp goes up after a negative rns then levels out around 15p then drops again, been like clockwork with that recently.

I’d love it to jump back up to over £1 or even just 50p but haven’t seen numbers anywhere near that in a long time. I’m really hopeful that they’ll get the funding sorted and that we can move beyond this but there just isn’t enough clarity to fully trust CEL and still no idea where all these contracts are going and where the funding is from them or even what the Sunday roast discussion was all about with the little hint at something coming, or the NYSE photos and posts etc.

I’ve been in this pretty much from when it was about £1.20 and seen it plummet with my shares and not just a small amount, buying in low thinking it was going to go back at certain times. So I’m allowed to have a little negativity towards this, however I’m still hopeful that something will push the company upwards again.

Would be nice to just be a bit more informed rather than feeling like we are left hung out to dry.

Never understand this trade, always seems to boom when there’s a bad rns and get a good one and it goes down.

Certainly been manipulated for a while. Just wish I’d never got wrapped up in this mind game.

Also they terminated a credit facility in the previous RNS which would have continued to help cash flow.

Just all seems very suspect to me. Never very clear on the finances all smoke and mirrors.

“On 31 March 2025, Celadon announced it had limited working capital but continued to benefit from the support of creditors. This support continues and the Company believes it can now trade into May 2025. As set out previously in the event that the Company cannot secure funds in a timely manner, the directors will have to protect the interests of all stakeholders which may lead to the company being placed into administration with limited notice.”

Who are these creditors and how is it always another month they can tie them over for. Seems as though someone wants it to look like it’s rock bottom maybe.

Another dip in shares today or should it stay the same as the position we are in today is better than yesterday seeing as we have another month ahead now.
