The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Mad, isn’t it? You’d think all these angry folk would focus their bile on the sorts who’ve told them endless riches were on the horizon for the last four years.
But no, they pick on the posters who’ve actually called this correctly and warned of the multitude of red flags.
Just no pleasing some people
IKN -
“Why on earth any investor is interacting with some of these clowns is beyond me. Let them talk to themselves , it’s much funnier … so boring it’s comical 🥱”
Hate to point this out, IKN, but you replied to me less than three hours ago?
Comical 🤣
Rayski -
“Don’t even mention the asset prices at going experiential”
No idea what that’s supposed to mean! Was it a typo?!
“Trading continues as usual, payment methods being tested”
Again, absolutely no idea, Raymondo! Care to explain?
Rayski, genuinely best of luck. In shares and in life. Something tells me you’re gonna need a bit

You said -
“all we can go off is the information provided by RNS, which states that various parties are still at the table (and if this isn't the case then it would need to be RNSed)“
That’s what you said, Mikey. I countered your statement and said there was no legal requirement to RNS if interested parties were no longer interested.
You then said -
“Ofcourse, no legal obligation”
I’m not sure what your beef is, Mikey?!
Just to be CLEAR, I said EUA DOES NOT have a legal requirement to RNS if an interested party leaves the table. You seem to have agreed with this in your last post but earlier said an RNS was necessary?!
Mikey, I’ll leave you to it. I get the feeling you’re a touch confused/conflicted about a very simple subject
Head scratches all round
Exactly, Mikey! There’s no legal obligation to say an interested party has lost interest and left the imaginary table. Theres also no legal obligation not to insinuate a failing company has interested parties looking to purchase even after four years without an official bid.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, Mikey. Best of luck
“Wolfe please tell me what part of that is factually incorrect?“
The bit where you say if interested buyers aren’t interested anymore it needs to be RNS’d. Complete fantasy that’s often peddled on here. No bother, Mikey, let’s see if these interested buyers that are still at the four year old table finally manage to cough up a bid whilst every other Western based company in Russia has either sold for pennies or thrown their hand in.

EIE01 - You do some talking then. Do you expect any action to be taken at the next AGM? Do you think a sale will be conclude before 2025? I’m not criticising, I’m offering a genuine opinion. Perhaps you could offer yours instead of moaning?
It’s AGM (virtual no doubt) In a handful of months so that’s your opportunity to take action. Will action be taken? I doubt it. Will the rampers be talking of a sale concluded before end of year? Most definitely.
Fast forward to March 2025 and it will be a carbon copy scenario.

“Pescado and sound boy are harmless and entertaining and should be treated as such on a free BB ;-“
Are you serious, St Mary? I check in here every few days and the comment on this BB isn’t worth a carrot. I know you’ve been here for years, St Mary, and most likely heavily underwater like the rest of us but please don’t endorse this cretin like behaviour that pollutes genuine comment.
