Del - I would think a JV with a Russian or Russian friendly partner more likely than full sale. The buyers still at the table thing I’m not putting much faith in, unfortunately. Unless there’s ink on paper all bets are off for now, imo.

The Sino deal could be a fall back but as another poster highlighted earlier, do the BOD have the appetite for such a deal? After three years of having the for sale sign up I’d suggest not.

Del - If a sale was agreed over the next few months, as some have predicted, what kind of discount would be applied compared to a sale outside of war? It has to be 70% or thereabouts, imo.

Such a discount would be extremely hard to swallow for the BOD, institutions and your average Joe PI and as such I think that’s why any sale or indeed talk of sale has been shutdown.

Personally, I think a sale of any sort is a long way away. Certainly not months, possibly years?
