Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Sadly it happens all too often. What also frustrates is that the funds/placing of £500k…also attract a fee for getting it so GWMO doesn’t end up with £500k cash net of fees. We have to rely on the BoD to do their thing and if they felt they needed to grab those funds now…so be it! Hope we can get out at the price we all want!
Nearly choked on my tea when I saw the share price yesterday morning, Read the statement, re-read the statement. Better to have the cash ahead of the need even if I don’t like it. Company now worth £2.6m when shares admitted £3.1m (assuming no further share price movement), I believe GWMO will get there and that the valuation has to be more like £10m+ once mill is going alongside other exploration…etc. So I’ve just topped up and prior to the new shares being admitted I now own over 1%…never thought I’d say that. No pressure Brian & team but my retirement is impacted by your relative level of success!
Fantastic find - thank you! Surely an RNS has to be forthcoming as it says the plant will have the opening ceremony tomorrow…this then gives full support to the production beginning before end March ie in line with the Q1 advice. Watching and waiting now…got to be close to lift off!
According to the press report on share news Brian Hall paid 12p a share!!! Don’t think they realised where the decimal point was. 9.5m shares at 12p+
If only Brian’s purchases could really drive the share price to 12p! My own holding would be worth £1,500,000!
Yesterday’s RNS tomorrow’s AGM provide strong reasons for Brian Hall to be interviewed over the next week. Drill updates, and assay results still to come. I’ve been in this share a couple of years now and it only moves with newsflow and great expectations. I believe that momentum is once again with GWMO and their team. So I hope to get back in the black on my holding and suggest those tempted take a good look because there should be a steady rise through the end of the year. Revaluing the potential at today’s £ : $ exchange rate would add significantly to the company’s value alone. Thanks to the regular contributors and fingers crossed the market likes what Brian Hall has to say in the coming days / weeks / months!
Can’t see that anyone has picked up on that the team should be on site about now and drilling starts 17th May

Something to look forward to and to start the steady rise that we all wish for!
Thank you for posting your thoughts on this board once again.
It’s been an interesting week!
The RNS didn’t get the reception I think we all hoped for.
Not sure if that’s about how it was written or more received.
We now know that gold has been located in 2 places. that’s got to be the key takeaway.
Further drills I assume would confirm how much?
We now wait for the other completed drill results to identify the potential across the available acreage.
Then it’s down to the management team to prioritise the next actions with this round of data.
Clearly investing here is not for the faint hearted but the RNS was one small step forward NOT a giant leap (we all wanted!) but the market treated it like a massive slip down the proverbial ladder.(is that. Unfair?)
Surely it would have been a miracle if every drill was a hit which the market appears to have factored in based on this weeks reaction?
I still cannot see how at this market cap it’s not worth investing in but I’m willing to listen and learn from others.
Thanks again!
Like many I was gutted to see the price reaction from the publishing of the RNS and endeavoured to sleep on it.
The company now has a market cap of £7m and has confirmed it has located gold. How much precisely?
Time will tell but more confirmation there is gold there than there was before.
It still has all the acreage it had before yesterday.
It still has a copper play.
It still has the tailings.
It still has the balance of the £2m cash.
And it still has the rest of the drill results to come.
Furthermore yesterday on the trade data I can see there were more buys than sells…
So I now find myself waiting for the rest of the news and next steps from the team in a position showing a 20% loss rather than near break even.
Nobody likes to see red daily but the fundamentals of why we believed there was upside are still there are they not? or am I missing something with a huge dollop of optimism clouding my view?
Just seen this news story on Sky News and thought it was worth sharing here.
