I have been there since start We have been hearing plaintiff / Astor - trying to show that project finance was always the preferred choice but because of Traffigura made efforts to find alternative. - there's evidence of many project finance proposals However , from my stand point I don't see the issue that they decided to go for equity and inter company loan. The judge seems very fair and sensible. - this gives me a lot of confidence for our case - he dismissed attempts of plaintiffs trying to suggest intershareholder / company loan was same as project finance Our legal team is big. - we have a good turn out of support . I get impression that Astor still want to negotiate. This case will be going in for another 3-4 days - I can't stay for afternoon session , but hope there will be someone else present. Will write up more detail later. - very interesting

Someone sold 63000 on this RNS. Have market makers triggered a stop loss ... That would be nasty. IMO.

Following ideas : sell on news ; bank England hawkish on rates so impacts whole market ; market makers taking the Mick for some nice profits. End of day this will be positive IMO.

Stock up a lot - anything ?

I am still deep underwater ... I have held this stock for a long time ... never traded it ... just kept buying in It has been an agonising long wait Painful as watched this stock drop to sub 3p (sub 90p current money) - essentially wiped out But I held position, added where I could. - The bid disaster was a +20% position add at last capital increase, to watch stock go lower So finally the story really changes, but I sold some, seeing stock jump from 80p to 150p ... Having been in stock so long, anything possible ... I would gladly see 100p to buy back in what I sold at 140p ish ... to see it bounce again Current position 103666 ... must have sold 12k across accounts I don't plan to sell any more .. this stock still has a long way to go, and only now touching 5p in old money.

JONJO ... I own 103 k shares ... I win My PNL today +£4500 atleast ... I reckon this is bigger than your total position However ... I did sell some in original move higher ... I had to , as many others here did as well . I stand by fact that this stock could trade back to 100p , I will buy back what I sold ... But JONJO I win if this keeps going up . I woukd like to see 100p as would be nice to buy back in whilst being confident will trade up again. GLA
