Hoping this would say a new phase of understanding between Emed and Astor. With the view that they need to divorce. Wondering who pays court fees ? Was that a straight win ?

Thanks reteps for transcript. MrDC I think more of a win for EMED than a draw/loss: the main issue has condition for full payment been triggered = NO. However, Astor do now have some clarification under which money has to be paid back, which could frustrate EMED , unless accountants are clever. Will ASTOR now be a thorn in our side, challenging each an every action as a trigger to pay back debt ? But , I do agree that we now need to sit down with Ash/Astor and end/conlude the relationship, work out a payment schedule.

- Looks like a favourable decision on trigger article ie we don't need to pay now - however debt still exists (as expected IMO) and some constraints of excess cash until this debt paid. So my conclusion from brief chat : Astor lost.

I think Judge will also look at fact that there is a long date to pay 2025 ... So contract is not dead, there is no misleading. We just have not triggered the early payment via project finance.
