Expectation that copper will break 4$ - no wall copper 2016 - new production needs much higher than 2.5$ (previously thought sustainable copper price) .

We just need to sort Astor impasse out - that done , copper story so exciting

I don't think I am holding us back (hope not) - my issue is that management won't raise equity finance as would trigger Astor payment . Equity finance is best option for any expansion. - yes we are printing cash ... Sort of .... We can't cash in as anything over 10£m goes to Astor up until £40m we owe. So rather we are stockpiling (still?). This is unrealised cash that in my view makes us a potential takeover target by our core shareholders who stick us up , with low ball bid (after repressing the stock) and using our own copper balance sheet to buy us. - Trafigura fight with Astor is not ours. We really need to move on from Astor. - anyhow MrRed have you landed up again? You do trade this , so you are giving me a hard time for your quick trade . Good luck anyhow.

Average, I hope you are right - but in more recent posts did say exploring all funding options regarding this project - then the selling starts, as clearly are usual core shareholders at the table ... - prior to most other fund raiser we had this continuous selling pressure , IMO like someone was forcing the stock terms in their favour

unfortunately that is the only way we have raised finance so far - also due to master agreement with Astor any debt finance that actually makes sense now would trigger payment to Astor, but for some reason ATYM don't feel obliged to pay . So we issue shares for funding - we are now looking to expand mine, if management won't raise debt finance which by the way is the correct thing to do given our cash situation ... in order to circumnavigate obligation to pay ASTOR they issue shares It would be CRIMINAL to issue undervalued shares - we are also stock piling copper = cash We really should do debt finance now, pay ASTOR and move on

ffs will the seller manipulator give it up ?! our costs sub 2 and going lower if they issue shares at current level would be CRIMINAL with copper here we can raise all the debt finance we need and pay ASTOR

someone trying to hold stock price down - probably as talks ongoing / funding for other mine we are likely to go to core shareholders - IMO every time we have dealt with core shareholders, stock price has been held down ... needs to be an investigation who actually selling shares ... may be closer to home

Don't understand why we don't start paying Astor ... We will pay the £40m in no time. If only Astor would agree to partial payments rather than everything above beyond 10m£ profit . Seems Astor still stuck on want all in one lump. I get feeling Astor would then look for interest damages. So this will drag on. We need a judge to say master agreement flawed.
