170p bid gone, sub 167 makes sense ASTOR needs to be payed

I think we ignore capital raising - let core shareholder pay for it , they make money on off take We could see 120p on poor copper and losing Astor case

can't see who will support share price - Shareholder agreement between our holders means standstill so they can't buy (unless Orion can support as not taking full rights) but I expect judge to rule in favour of ASTOR now - so bad news coming

A judge will see this as ATYM taking willing steps to avoid paying ASTOR when they could Previous argument was that we had to do equity as debt finance deals were poor terms, and if we did not do equity finance we would have failed / closed . This argument cannot be used now.
