Lister78,
I am sorry, but you say one of the directors is selling as a fait accompli, this is not the case, as I understand it; the director will only sell if the demand for the extra shares is there from institutions or investment professionals.
I think there is a huge difference if we get an RNS saying that a director is selling on the open market to Tom, Dick and Harry from offering a small amount of his shares to institutions directly, should they wish to buy. If there is such interest I believe it will send a positive message to the market, and not a negative one as you may have implied.
Vision Blue will not buy the shares as the money they want to invest in FAR is to be used to move the business forward and not to help fund Nick's ex-wife. Having said that, nothing stops any of the future major investor in the business to acquire some of the shares, as other directors have, to their personal portfolio; remember, who is investing here at the moment is Vision Blue!
Now, tomorrow will be indeed a very interesting day for the company and should the available shares at 30p be taken by investors, that will send a positive message to the market, and us.
Whatever happens, the share will go up or down, some will sell and some will buy but nothing will change our course ahead with Vision Blue, unless we get bad news. I am long here and reluctant to sell.
Good luck and good night.
