I suppose they have to let the shareholders aware that the shares will be offered to the institutions, no? That's why they issued the RNS. I trust they have an obligation to do so.

Yes, the boss of AVACTA spoilt our fortunes momentarily because he wanted to spoil his wifey with the purchase of a bigger house by selling some of his shares! It indeed had an effect on the sp with a drop of almost 25%, but it didn't last long. Look at AVACTA sp today.

Surprise, surprise! The Nextsource share price is ramped up just after the announcement of the strategic investment of VisionBlue in their company and appointment of Sir Mick Davis as chairman! The share price there rose 400% and there was not CEO having to pay a divorce settlement to their wife!!

Please, refer to the RNS 19th MArch 2020, so this sale is not "pulling the rug", but it was expected as per the RNS.

There was a 12 month lock in as discussed earlier a few days ago. So this should not surprise anyone.

The thing also is that these share will not go to Tom Dick or Harry to buy. Just institutions I think.

petcub1, my average is 71p but waiting for the real news to arrive.

Anyone with the potential to become a major shareholder, together with Sir Davis', will be interested in mopping these shares, in my view, especially without the need to pay a higher sp. I guess we will find out soon. I am glad they put a cap on the price.

Just a remark,as for £5 to £6 next week, Sp28 was referring to another share, I believe.

I agree. The interferon B is gold and has such a potential. I am gutted they haven't gone up much higher. I was there from 184 to 213 a while back. I missed buying in the early days after watching something on the BBC about the nebuliser. Anyway I joined AVCT in the early 40p and had a good ride, just sold too too early in the 120p range. Gutted.
