I think Burundi is spot on and entitled to that. It is their natural reserves and RBW is ajust our miner and will benefit as well. Once this all is accepted we should get the RNS we expect and continue our journey upwards with extra steam!

That looks reasonable for me. Rough translation of a small part I tought relevant:

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSULTANT'S DUTIES

- Analyze the contract signed between RMB and the buyer of Thyssen Krupp concentrate.

So, here is what it seems an official doc from Burundi, basically saying they want a third party to evaluate the rates they get from the mine. Simples..that will sort it.

I would love the see the film; Liam Neeson would play George and Denzel the Burundi Government official, maybe Danny Glover can do the university professor? Liam goes to China and gets back the evidence by beating all corrupt chinese officials with a spoon and then returns and shows that to the Burundi officials, who now called Tin-Tin and Captain Archibald Haddock to help find the truth of the samples, before the RNS is issued explaining it all has been a terrible misunderstanding.

I think we will have an RNS very soon and, maybe, maybe with the reason for the export suspension and a resolution in place. The reason why Gakara was suspended we may have an idea now, which the RNS will clarify.
The samples used by the university of Burundi seem to be the same ones used by RBW if I understand it rightly, as I don't think the university drilled anything.so that would be an interesting discussion.
I think the delay we have had som far in the RNS is because GB is trying to resolve the dispute in the numbers. It is my crude analysis of the story.

I agree with your analyses and I like the company and the CEO strikes me as an honest man. And to think news we had today would make the share rocket past 25p!
I am sure the assays from the mine in Burundi can be assessed by another independent party and both RBW and the Government will come to an understanding. GB in on there to do that, and as he said, we would have the RNS in days regarding SA and we did.
Just got to wait and see.

Thanks for the reply, but I have seen RNSs before where a reference is made to another issue not related to the major point of the RNS. Sorry, it is just me being annoyed we haven't heard a thing yet from them on Burundi.
